Pls, I want to pass this to all that I'm not an Herbalist !!!

I only inherited book of herb from my grandfather also I'm a beekeeper (member Oyo State Beekeeper Association).
Also, has knowledge in Prophetic medicine to treat all ailment (with the help of God)

Pls, I want to repeat it that I'm a Muslim and not an herbalist.

Honey is mainly sugar and water, and some other impurities and pollens. So how does it make one perform better?

Natural honey is different from your own honey made of sugar.

Honey is medicinal , also it is a preservative agent.
