I've been eating like an elephant for a long time in order to get fat but I am still looking slim as Buhari and I usually get 5-6 hours of sleep though I always disturb my sleeping pattern. I can eat up to 6 times a day for a long time and gain little fat but if I go a week or two of insufficient eating, I get very much slimmer.

Please I need help and very much willing to resort to drugs, please help me.

Jus dnt use any drugs. Drugs are IRREVERSIBLE. Its jus d way yu are.

About your issue, there are so many of your kinds out there. I know about 3 categories of people.

1. People that need to eat well to get fat.
2. People that need lots of sleep to get fat even without eating much.
3. People that do not get fat either by eating like a glutton or sleeping like a log.

It's all genetics, do not force yourself.

I think I'll move to a milk and eggs based diet, I also saw something on Amino 6000.

People around me are amazed at how I eat like my stomach is an abyss... But I just can't gain weight.

Its jus d way you are, d biggest mistake yu'll make is takin' any synthetic drug 2 "correct" it.

Have you tried the milk & eggs combo? I read it works..... At least I know people that used Complan milk to build.

You're not alone bro. It's annoying when I see "not-so-fat people" trying to lose weight and I'm trying to gain. It's really disturbing but people won't understand.

That means you are a vegetarian, because elephants eat grass and other vegetables ... Means you can't get fat

Try eating foods for humans, and leave elephant make him dey chop him own food

well to add weight is not much of a problem, a lot of my friends who complained of not having much weight are now complaining of reducing the fatness. the secret is REST OF MIND, if you have rest of mind you won't think much and that help you to block all the potholes in your body and begin to add weight.

What is your current weight ?
Has it been increasing , stagnant or decreasing ?

The right question should be how can you gain weight in a healthy way. Being fat is unhealthy. If you wanna gain mass. You have to eat a lot of protein rich food, drink a lot of water. You can try whey protein and creatine. Shock the body with a great workout routine and finally get plenty of rest.

You'll gain weight in form of muscle mass and become stronger with a great physique.
