You can claim any title and draft your CV the way it best represents your professional exploration when you land Oz - as far as you can defend it. You can even work in an entirely different field if you like.

I will use my HND and assess for skill and qualification, under civil engineering draftsperson. As for work experience, I'd leave it to DIBP. As from January 2018, I will have 8+yrs post HND relevant experience and counting.
