please can somebody answer this question.Is it true that restrictions on Nigerian Paypal has been removed?

Use Access Bank that's the reason I opened an account with them, I heard their cards are accepted.

MY GT card is working, FCMB, Access Bank.

Abeg we need facts... not lies. Used gt, fb, stambic. None worked for paypal. All na master card. I go try access sha.

I linked my FBN MasterCard to my PayPal and its working well.
Note: Paypal restricted Nigerians from withdrawing with their Paypal Nigerian accounts.

The last I recall, only visa is allowed for any international transaction with access bank. Master card doesn't. I had to dump my MasterCard for a visa card. Always inquire from your bank which they allow for any international transaction.

The restrictions have not been removed completely. You can fund your PayPal account and make payments online, but Nigerians are restricted from withdrawing cash from their PayPal account.

Well, FCMB mastercard works well, give it a try

Access Bank visa debit card works well for me.

There's nothing wrong with your card, PayPal except all cards been it VISA or Master.
Before your card can be used or link there's a 1$ debit PayPal will initiate and credit it back after you verified the remark. This tiny deductible is in dollars and reason why you are not successful is what I briefly explain below.

There's a global threshold on all Naira Debit/Credit card for online transactions. Once the global amount is attained, you will not be able to pay for goods or services in dollars online.
However, a global reset occurs every 12am midnight. If u can wake up by 11:50pm or less, initiate transaction and click on pay by 12am dot, you will be successful.
Note that anything above 12:05am the limit will be exhausted as thousands of people worldwide are carrying Nigeria Naira Debit/Credit card for foreign ATM, POS and online dollar transaction.

3. For Nigerian PayPal, you can only fund. No withdrawals allowed yet.

I use Access Visa Card. I dunno about the cards they issue or they don't cos it's been long I got mine. It's due to expire next year sef.

Hello. I don't think you need to waste your time opening access bank account. It most likely won't work for you.
Works for old PayPal users not new I guess. Since policies changed a lot of cards don't work for different sites.Most cards are currently on hold as regards international transactions.

My advice: get a US PayPal acct
No restriction whatsoever. You only buy PayPal $ from trusted exchangers, this would save you cost as you buy at present PayPal $ for 340 whereas banks charge at least 360naira/$ , some 370/$

Gig is very expensive hope your customers will be cool with it? Payment on delivery is really a challenge with KOS hence, I don't do payment on delivery and some customers are time wasters.

I am using GTBank Card with paypal. It works.
