How cheap is the Faith?

Budget N50 million at least...it could even be N100 million depending on what finishing you put in it.

My elder brother built something bigger than this last year but he spent less than N400m

I spent well over #100 Million to build mine few years back in Wazobia town

The only problem was that Ewa agoyin was banned in that Town
So I abandoned the building and rented a room in Oshodi where I can enjoy Ewa agoyin without restriction

Very nice design

Get a Quantity Surveyor. Nobody is going to give you an accurate estimate just by looking at those pictures. And Quantity Surveyors that have lots of experience with that type of project would not tell you on nairaland.
