there are to kfs on 28e one has dollar sign another one is free.check weather ur own is under this TP 11595v30000 if it is the one then it is d free one.

Pls is strong decoder repairable ? My SRT 4950 shows booting on the decoder but does not read. A guy told me it could be panel problem and that it cannot be repaired. Pls is this true ?
