That's not true, maybe to Nigeria butt they have hundreds of other locations all over the world. The staff broke a very serious company policy and unlike in Nigeria, the customer always comes firs irrespective of colour. That's why she was sacked.

The day Nigerian businesses start to see the customer as their bread and butter, customer service will be born again in Nigeria.
