Well for me, AKWA IBOM.. is the best.. I was BATCH B 2014..was retained after service with accommodation till date. It's also the state with one of the best infrastructure in Nigeria wt excellent road network. Though dere are no much industries, but if U have a good entrepreneurial skills U gonna make it.

i want to acquire an ICT skill when i go for service, don't really care about the state. Just want a town where there will be network for me to go acquire my skill when i close from my PPA.

You will find places where you can acquire these skills and more in most towns and cities in Nigeria.

Most of them will come and advertise to you in camp & post camp probably in CDS meetings.
