This has nothing to do with confusion of any law enforcement agency in Nigeria, if an individual commits any crime(even if it is stealing of 10naira tom tom) and decides to evade arrest by escaping to another country, it is the duty of Interpol under the leadership of its current president Meng Hongwei to facilitate the arrest of such individual......

A friend of mine told me he sent a babe a total sum of 10K for tfare from one state to another, normally the tfare shouldn't be more than 3K max but he added 7k based on the babe's request to make her hair and subscribe data.. lo and behold...this babe refused to turn up...since the cash hit her account, she's been avoiding my friend, firstly she blocked him on whatsapp and subsequently barred his calls...here's my question for the guys.. when such happened to u how did u handle it? and my question for the ladies? what warrants a lady behave in this manner?

most times its guys who pose as females oo.i do get such funny request from some of dem.they will upload a pix of a sexy lady.then they message u telling u how much they like u and how much they love to visit u and they would love to know where u reside.. Etc.op's friend just got played by a smooth operator.

of course yes...when these scammers notice ur desperation for sex that's when they strike.na dis same format yahoo guys dey take scam all those old oyibo men na.dem go upload one fine sexy black chick with ukwu or big boobi and oyibo man go dey dazzled.nxt thing be say oyibo man go dey ask for hookup then the yahooboy go request for flight ticket money.when the oyibo send d cash cos he's desperate to kpansh black booty..the yahooboy go collect the money and block all contacts.

So collecting money for a service not rendered isn't scamming? The agreement was he sends her money and she comes over, whether she agrees to 'go the whole nine yards' when she comes over is a different case but by collecting his money she has committed herself to coming over.

FYI----- I don't pay for goods i havent seen
