I think at every point in time there are better way of doing things it does not matter one person has been doing it in a particular way before. For instance someone had started production of Cement before Dangote and Dangote never saw it as a Threat he only believe that he can do it better and without any hestation he started. Today, Dangote is one of the highest producer of Cement in the World. As I am here today I am going to take gaari production in Nigeria to the next level with new and sophisticated equipment and I believe with my dream I can give Nigerian different type of Nutritious Gaari

All machinery are originally designed to use a central generator or electricity, the idea of having a separate engine driving each machine is simply because of the power issue and the cost of a generator. So, all machinery could use a central generator or electricity.

For factories closer to Lagos, we have in Ogun State.

How about production efficiency? I expect the more expensive machines to produce garri with better quality at a cheaper rate.

do it this way,
4tons of fresh tubers will give you 1000kg of Garri. That is 20bags of 50kg.

One ton of fresh tubers will give you just 5bags which is 250kg.

1. The grater we Fabricate is so easy to clean, as the head can be removed and cleaning intensified

2. The grater comes with a 7.5hp diesel engine which makes it more effective than the regular ones

3. The grater his 4ft tall, with a larger bucket. This feature ensures that your hand doesn't get caught inside the bucket. Also, it allows for larger quantities of tubers to fill in.

4. If you want to do, 20bags a day, our grater only works for 3hrs. That is, it grates 4tons in less than 4hrs.

5. With the highest grade stainless steel, rust is a no-no

But you should know, without the knowledge, you may be making a loss. So, it's better to just sell off

Thats on the low side. Cassava especially the improved varieties like tme419, etc should yield 40-60 tons per hectare
