that's the problem we have bro. Youths wants it quick and much easy, but the truth is, while Ebola or disease couldn't wipe out your Garri factory or productions, you have a fair chance with crop production. I was once a cassava farmer.. Wld still dabble back into it.. But take it or leave it, producers dictates how much the league of farmers wld sell their produce.

To answer your question: cassava production will not be affected, new bloods are always injected into it...the same for other crops...but as a producer, let the strength of the machineries be your strength...

this is monster project Sir. We're taking 5mills in structure alone. Though, this is not necessarily a criterion. Factorises could be designed as the pocket of a client could hold

small scale:

1. Grater...260k
2. Two pressers... 240k
3. Two large manual fryers..240k

These would give at least 50 bags of 50kg per week.

Alternatively, you can but just a grater, a presser and a fryer..

for small scale..

Machineries: all stainless steel

1. Gater...270k
2. Presser..120k
3. Manual fryer (4x8ft)...140k (3mm with chimney) or 120k (2mm with chimney)

This would give at least 25 bags in a week or 50bags if you work day and night.
