personally i see a broke ass guy as one that keeps waiting for the "right" opportunity instead of maximizing the ones he has, he is dependent on his parents or siblings for every little dime he has .. they are mostly the dudes that flaunt their father's wealth with no self pity .. if a guy has a source of income no matter how small it may be he isn't broke so far he can satisfy his daily needs and does not spend above what he earns


broke ass ladies are quite similar to the broke ass dudes but hey seem to be a whole baggage to whoever gets unlucky enough to roll with them, they spend more than they earn

A lady or guy who depends on another person to provide shoes, sanitary products, airtime, transport money etc.

If you depend on your partner to provide these things, at least 50% of the time, then you are broke.

Is a permanent condition is it the end of life or does it define yr person personality or perspective of things in general nothing in life is permanent some of the world richest started from scratch, I'm talking abt real definition of brokenness check the life of john D Rockefeller ...and yet even up till his dying day ,he believed his wealth does not define his and of no effect on outlook.. Again it sometimes has to wrong perception too some guy may appear broke but actually has money I ve seen the type and it does NOT mean they are STINGY ! I ve had a lady (not a complete stranger o)asked me to buy her something in a shopping mall she did it jokingly and me,knowing their mentality, boldly and jokingly refused and as expected she goes like 'broke guy evewhere' I just laugh at her ignorance and stupidity i was nt even embarrassef in the least. From what i observed, not that she much to spare herself .well,I've had several experiences like DAT ,same result I'm yet to meet a lady who can stampede me into spending my hard and 'soft' earned kobo in the name of proofing I'm no broke nigga e no go work! so if I'm broke you can't love me abi anyway thank for reading this long epistle guy my conclusion is that many guys and ladies really need their brain checked with the sea and reason out things

In simple terms a broke guy is a financially handicapped guy. This could be temporary ( if he's audacious, it's bound to change).
In Nigerian culture, a broke guy is seen as one who can't take care of a woman; can't send her cab money when he invites her, can't send her monthly stipend, can't reload her Data when it expires. In recapitulation, the level of "brokenness" of a guy is determined by his inability to feed the opposite sex.

As for ladies, I might sound a little misogynistic but ladies live way above what they earn (or get, in most cases) so they are likely always broke.

Truly, being broke is relative and depends on the party involved.. A guy might be having 5 million in his account and still consider himself broke, while another may be having 5% of such amount, and be very much Okay about it.. It's all about perception...

Ur normal girl next door always considers herself broke by default no matter what she's having at that point.,That's why a lady can tell u she's broke one minute, and the next minute she's in the mall shopping hard.

All in all, being broke isn't something one may look forward to.
