Am addicted to a cup of tea with bread twice a day. The part i dont like is the timing of the second. 10-11pm is the usual time i crave for it. This bad habit has made me overweight.

It started after secondary school when i didnt get admission immediately and developed a late night movie habit. I would always like to eat something while watching the movie, soaked garri, biscuit, popcorn, tea, coffee, pap, fried yam etc
