Guys please I need advice on how I can report Bet9ja to the National Lottery Commission, they are playing foul.

I have been struggling with bet9ja website for over one month, they take a long time to pay me when I win and they delay my bet on live games.

The most annoying part was I won a game and on Monday I requested payout, I sent an email to cs@mybet9ja.com to inform them that I am expecting my payment of 10k and they explained to me that it might take 3working days. To my surprise the 10k i was expecting in my bank account was pushed back to my bet9ja account. So I could either use it to bet and loose or request payment and then the 3workings days starts recounting from today.

I find this annoying and would like to report them, to the body that regulates sport betting in Nigeria.

Bet9ja is a scamming bookie.I deposited 1500 in my account and I lost #1k.So I decided to bet with my remaining 5h with few selections.I managed to win #2k.I wanted to withdraw #1k out of my #2k winning but a message popped up that I could only withdraw from #5k up.Can you imagine?And once you leave that money in your account you may end up using all to bet and lose.Even when I win in shops it agent s hesitate to pay me by saying they have deposited the day's sales at the bank and I should come back later.They should make withdrawal from #5h possible and not the usual #5k.

Guys thank for the feedback, you need to see how rude their customer service's reply was telling me it was a network error and that it would take me another 3 working days to get my money, network error after 30hours of requesting?

That computer must be pentium 1 with windows95, I don use vex request all my money jare.

They wanted me to use it to bet so I can loose it, but God pass them. We understand its a business but be legit stop trying to rob poor Nigerians.

I am still looking for how to report them ooo, I have screenshots. Please tell me how I can report them, they need to be sanctioned.

Sir there is nothing like scam there,thats their rule that you withdraw from 5k,i use to play daily 3 and 5 odd and i do make withdraw always,make you make the withdraw and there show pending allow it,the number four days you will receive alert.

That's why I stop online bet.I can't withdraw when I win.Plus the several excuses they give to winners when they want to cash out.

Guys can't you see, we all have the same issue, let's work together to report these guys to th e lottery regulators in Nigeria.

The log me out in necessarily, and the delay me life bet when they think I will win and then delay my payment so I can use the money to rebet.

They are fraudulent, let's report them to the regulators.
