about the age of our Mother Aisha (R.A) and many of
us can't defend our selves on this issue but lemme
make it clear.

bukhari so as to "cover-up" the issue.

-the aged were like: that's extremism.

consummated the marriage when I was 9

Rather than call it a da'eef hadith, to please
ur non-muslim friends who are insulting ur
rasool, just be silent,or ask the scholars and
read more about seerah and perhaps Allah
may grant u d hikmah behind it.

This isn’t about faulting an hadith, checking very well you will see a scholar cited. The Fatimah (R. A) case was from an islamic historian, The Asma (R. A) age gap also, However, according to another narrative in Bukhari (Kitaab al-Tafseer) Aisha is reported to have said that at the time Surah Al-Qamar, the 54th chapter of the Qur’an , was revealed, “I was a young girl”. The 54th Surah of the Qur’an was revealed nine years before Hijrah. According to this tradition, Aisha had not only been born before the revelation of the referred Surah, but was actually a young girl, not even only an infant at that time. There are even reports that Aisha was born during the Jahiliyah period can you dispute that or prove that wrong. We have to show them our religion is without blemish, Rasul loved his woman his woman loved him. It wasn't rape. The fact that Abu Bakr has offered his daughter in marriage to another before the Prophet (S. A. W)

WTF! If the prophet married her at the age of nine it might be because it was not shunned in The society in that period, you don't expect the reasoning of that period to be reasoning of today. At nine years she had attained puberty and the prophet had more than two wives, YES but no to have intercourse with them but to help them.

* So you can imagine in the same sahih Bukhari:

1. Aishah claimed to have married the Prophet at the age of 6 and the marriage was consummated at 9

2. It is well established she married the Prophet in the 2nd year of Hijrah in Madina, i.e 15 years of Prophethood (13 years in Makkah + 2 years in Madina)

3. Here's sahih Bukhari again with document that Aisha herself claimed to be a young girl when Surah al-Qamar was revealed.

* Al-Qamar was truly revealed in Makkah (9 years before migration to al-Madina)

# So, who is lying in the name of Aisha or in the name of Bukhari or one of them is actually lying and in the process lying on the personality of the Prophet?
