In Lagos, it is from around 5:25 am -Sunset about 6:55pm = 13.5hrs.

Yes. This was how our Prophet fasted and how we are ordered to fast from True Fajr to Sunset. Can you share how Jesus fasted and where/how he told you to fast?

How did Christians fasting be, what I know about christianity fasting is you can select what you eat through out the day, you can decide to fast on water only but you can eat garri and affu.
