Let's bring in our roofing tiles and other accessories like the roof vent and barrel ridge caps, we are going to use Wichtech Gerard roofing tiles in this building. .......

Meanwhile, the plastering and design of this house is going on.....

The beauty of the roof, is made manifest by the near perfect parapet design. We continue to work on this house all through this weekend .

If someone wants to build a modest, 5 bedroom duplex...not this type under construction now, what is the estimate you can advice? Can it be attainable after an initial take of 2.5m and a monthly injection of 400k? That is asking if it can be done gradually and for how long?
