I was told about the bolded by a friend who is currently studying in one of the schools in Canada. He used WES for his transcripts. I also emailed a school i plan to attend and they said they sent the reply below to me

Yes, we would accept a transcript from WES. XXXX School must verify your results.

So yes schools accept WES result. WES will send it on your behalf for a little. This would be faster, cheaper for you and then saves the institution of verifying again.

Yes, I got the email address of the lady that attended to me when I went to send the passports and forwarded the mail to her. She had earlier told to me do an authorization letter, so, I typed a letter, signed, scanned and attached it to the pick up email and sent both to the dhl lady.

Planning to leave in January. Got some loose knots to tighten before we pack up and leave.

I have not found any concrete information for ICAN to CPA yet,am honestly looking for a way not to write any exam if possible,and still get the CPA. Right now, ICAN had direct affiliation with CIPFA UK though(no examination),and CIPFA gets you to CIMA,I think you will write 2 papers only to qualify,then you get CPA from CIMA ( there is MRA between CIMA and CPA).

Ethiopian Air has some very good rates and there's been some positive reviews about them. I'll most likely try them, you should do the same.

I evaluated my ACA with Wes in 2015 and they said it was not equivalent of Canadian qualification but said it was 2 years professional study in accounting.

Has anyone on here recently (as in 2017) successfully evaluated their ACA as equivalent of BSc?

Yes.. Someone was recently evaluated as a 3yr degree.
But it was discovered that it must be from 2014.

This setup would cost me less than $25/month and I can still receive calls/sms via WiFi internet. On top of that, you can even take this number back in your country and get a local sim there and you would still receive calls on your app with a Canadian number. Only go for this option if you want to make/receive calls via internet (either WiFi or 3G/4G).
