For what and why? His "rules and conditions" lmaooooo!!! He's acting as if he can just choose any lady. Ladies will also have to decide if he's even worth it. He's just one of the millions of men in this world, replaceable in a second. If the idiot thinks he has sth. to say, "rules and conditions" to make simply because he has a "d" dangling down his legs , then he might as well realise he's not getting married at all.
