Must confess, it a fitting reboot for an iconic series.

The only thing I dont like about this series is Voltron forming Sequence. Its not as dramatic as the former Defender of the Universe of the old days. Very flat indeed.

But everything else is perfect....Oh and I like the new Zarkon. A big improvement over the sisi in the old series. He carries the role of Zarkon with all viciousness and savagery. I don't know how far you have gone so I don't spoil it for you.

I honestly can't remember much from the original, but the reboot really is something. Like I said earlier, finished the latest season.

Scorpion.

I watch a lot of television, far too much. I watch enough television to know the good from the bad, and the very good from the good.

We live in a golden age, an age exemplified not so much by shows that have great hype and almost live up to that hype, but by bolts out of the blue that you can barely wait until the finishing credits before extolling its virtues.

2017 has been great in providing these fascinating bolts out of the blue tv shows.
If you're into intricate plots, plot twists, tense atmosphere and dark humor, you might wanna check out the following:

- Mindhunter (Netflix): This show is a show-burner, but that's part of why it works well as a crime drama.

It is dark, tense and intriguing. I found the script, dialogue and exchanges about as sharp as it gets. Kudos to the casting. Mehn... did they nail that portion of the series!

Story freshness? Yep. Predictability? Tiny doses, but you won't be the smartest guy in the room. Character development was above average. If you have an affinity for this genre, I'd be surprised if you don't like this series.



-Mr Mercedes (Audience Network):
If you're fans of David E. Kelly (Big little lies, Goliath, Boston Legal) & Stephen King, you would be invariably drawn to this mystery drama... naturally.

Good production, decent characters, good visuals. Not exactly And Then There Were None calibre, but it grows on you.



- American Vandal (Netflix): Who doesn't love a good satire? It's a brilliant satire taking on the true crime documentary genre. It was sophomoric, and HILARIOUS.

- The Sinner (USA Network): The show's got twist in spades. It has a good slow-burn story going on. The plot is really captivating. Jessica Biel is awesome, her acting prowess is full 11. She draws you in.


- The Deuce (HBO): Yeah, this show is a masterpiece. This has to be the best GENUINE show since The Wire... I just can’t get enough of it. I know it’s still very early on, but this is becoming one of my favorite shows ever.


- Trial & Error (NBC): This is a mockumentary styled legal comedy. Like you would expect from any good mockumentary, it's pretty hilarious.



- Manhunt: Unabomber (Discovery Channel): If you love Mindhunter, True Detective Season one, Zodiac, and Hannibal, there's an high probable chance you'd like this gem from discovery. Riveting stuff.

Looks promising but i tend to trust rottentomaoes ratings than IMDB, and that is yet to be out.

not a political savvy per se but american movies that tend to portray american politics have a way of arousing curiosity in me. i see myself inadvertently trying to distinguish as well as making comparisons as it relates to the stomach infrastructural politics we witness here. we still have got a long way to go
