"Has NEPA brought Light?" Is the sentence many people in Nigeria use to ask if NEPA don bring light. This sentence doesn't sound grammatically right to me but i can't seem to point out what exactly is wrong with it. KingsleyBJ:PHCN has been divided into separate companies called Local Electric Distribution Companies or Local Distribution Companies (LDC). Each company will be responsible for handling electricity distribution in each state or region. In Rivers State it is called PHEDC or PHED（Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company） in Abuja it is called AEDC（Abuja Electricity Distribution Company）. Find out what it is called in your state. In my state, Rivers, i say PHED has restored power and PHED has seized power if Electric Power is present or absent respectively |
