I don't even have interest in politics but I woke up with this idea. I was so worried to the extent I tried to ignore it but something kept pressuring me to do something so I created this thread.

The greatest enemy we will have now is discouragement. We don't need that now. All we need now is the number to get us started and then we can address every other of our fears and issues.

I strongly believe that this will work if we are united as youths with one mission.

Again, please share the links to the other youth groups here so we can reach out to them or you can reach out to them on our behalf. We welcome every youth and every progressive idea to take us to our promise land.

No, don't say that, beside you don't have anything to loss by playing your own role for development of this Nation and at this level, we should think of how to fight for ourselves because if anything happened to this country we don't have anywhere to go and if we don't have anywhere to go we most play our own roles to make it OK for everyone to life. This is not the right time as the youths of this Country to fell like we are in comfortable zone just because we are getting three or two meals in a day, don't forget time is coming when our these greedy leaders we play their possible best to make that meals zero square. What am saying? there are people now that they can't feel themselves at all and they were not like that before. Don't forget that the peak mill was once sold 1.50K and is avoidable for both poor and rich to pay. but now the story has changes. Don't forget that to get admission into Universities and even to go and school in abroad was not so difficult like the one we are facing now. Don't forget that to get Job in Nigeria was not the war like our own time now, don't forget that the youths from 31-35 years of age had held the position of Minister, Governor Ambassador and head of the State (President) in this Country before and just because of what? Their own leaders in that time were not greedy as our own time now. My Brothers and My Sisters don't allow the others pass youths group that had failed to hold you down to make progress NO! don't forget, all our leaders want every system to Fail so that we would't come together to challenge them. As you know, we (Youths) are more than them in term of population. And with this if we can join together we will win this batter, YES! YES! believe me it's batter in fact what we are going through in this country is even more that war because, America said NO ELECTRICITY NO LIFE, let ask ourselves do we have light (Electricity) but still we believe that we have life. Singapore Said when a country has a BAD LEADER THE CITIZENS HAVE NO HOPE My brothers and Sisters, truly we don't have a good leader in this country but I know that we have hope. Therefor, let us give kudos to the person that brought this Idea and others who are coming to share their ideas with us which I believe you are going to be one of them. Optimism is key. You noted the problems; greed, pride, ego, religion, and tribalism. We have started this on a non-profit basis and no one with self-interest is permitted to join this movement. Please go through the thread and notice the amount of positivity that has been poured on here. Currently, your future, as well as the future of all Nigerians, is decided by failures.

If you go through all the comments and you are convinced about this movement, we humbly welcome you to be a part of it. With your experience at YDP, you can help advise on what lead to their downfall, so you can help us learn from their mistakes and not repeat them. Never fold your arms and allow your country's future to be decided by selfish, recycled politicians. Only an ignorant Nigeria will still be stuck on tribalism and religion at this point. Let's join hands and bring unity and prosperity in Nigeria.

Our Leaders have corrupted our future and we must purge ourselves of these filthiness. The ethical question is, how do we purge ourselves? The story is simple. Dig for yourself what you think will prepare you for the future; team up with kindred souls whose journey took off from that same path as yours. Only by this we will reach our desire goals. With what I have read here about NRYP I see a brighter future for this Country if only we get our act together. In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility.

I can fund the registration but registering NYRP isn't the most pressing need now....the most pressing need we have now is growing our membership.

I don't want us to also rush and create the website without much publicity. I will contact the two members here who created a membership sign up form online and the other member who volunteered to create our website so they can work together to put the two together to catch members data's to be used for formalizing the movement.

You are doing a great job here, you and lindabon, daclemx and many others I can't mention all. You guys are awesome, keep the spirit burning.

Don't wait for me, let this movement not be about me but about the Nigerian youths.

103 days without our leader.
We elected him to be our leader. But yet, we don’t have a right to know his ailment? They don’t care about our cries or sufferings. They only care about themselves.
Nothing they do is done in the interest of the nation. We cannot be taken for this ride anymore. Our children deserve a better future.

Did not mention any names or attack anyone. The point is about the nonchalance of all our leaders to our pains and suffering. I do agree that this should not be against any political party as they would use that as an excuse to attack. It's best to choose our words wisely without completely ignoring the decay in the system.

Let people see the marked difference between this youth party and APC. If PDP trys famzing, attack them furiously. Let the world know that we no dey look anybody face. I think @ourchoice should take it to the 1st page of the thread so all can see it. But we also need one that other selected members can administer and supervise to ensure transparency. Is this possible?

Yes, but we need to do the opposite of what they have done themselves which are; attacks, guns, violence and blame games. The priority should remain to sell our practical goals and objectives to the Nigerian public, and less about them. Let our social media platforms speak the truth. We will avoid inciting them at all cost as that's exactly what they will be waiting for and then it won't take long before they label us a "terrorist group".

This has to be a peaceful revolution. Avoid word exchanges with them, avoid insults and no violence. They've turned us into animals and they will expect us to act like one. But we will lose our animalistic tendencies this time and we will be human again. They will wait for a reaction but they won't get any from us. Let's keep it peaceful knowing that peace and unity is their worst NIGHTMARE.
