This is very painful and unfortunate. Is it possible for you to appeal this decision? If yes, file your appeal and attach all the documents required. God will turn things around positively for you.
Those guys to me were damn too fair. The first deadline was 8/10/17, I requested for extension as suggested by chief Bellong, it was granted till 22nd, my assessor even requested for tracking number....mehn, this thing no ready. So, I requested for another extension, but this was declined. Even after this, they gave about 72 hours before bring out their verdict. Honestly, those guys were kind to a fault.
As if the AHPRA guys wanna taunt me oh today, I just saw : "Be Advised", all in annoying upper case sha, they sent in letter of withdrawal with AHPRA's letter head. So, the best I can do is push in another application before my documents will expire in 2/3 months time. That's the only way I can save money and reserve some energies now. I will have 150 refunded from my 520, but they've increased their application fee to 620 now.
I just dey weigh many options now.
Lest I forget, God bless Alphadoor and Musty, Okose for me, they stuck to my like hunch
Austin & just wise, please stop tugging at that issue.

@mamajaz I am still praying for you and I know you will conquer the AHPRA .Sleep over it and I know you will find a way in the morning.
just to update the house I am waiting for northern territory nomination and seriously considering accepting 489.

Hey sis,

sad to read, but based on the bold, I see you now have all the required documents.
So, when are we reapplying? grin

We've been patiently waiting for your Oz landing oh; me wan come finish your food stuff wink
so no relenting, no time to take a breather; gear up asap and let's go.

APHRA will get same testimony like IELTS...

There's always a light at the end of the tunnel where Grace abounds!
Don't let the momentary challenges weigh you down...

God has said "YES" even before you thought of migration...

Best wishes.

mamajaz:

AHPRA actually wanted some docs from me, about four. I was able to get three, but my professional body ( Nursing and Midwifery council Nigeria) couldn't get a sheet of paper signed from 11th September till 19th October.

To make matters worst, I got the letter few hours after my application was withdrawn.

May God "say yes" to our migration dreams.

It is well Sister.
God is preventing you from something else. You'll come out better with greater testimonies. God never fails. He'd show up for you.
mamajaz:

No vex for the accusation bro. You know "we" ( I and the triplets inside my pregnancy ) don dey defend you nah.
@STAugustineOf13, gently oh. It is well.
That being said, I want to appreciate people who rose to my situation these past 6 weeks or more.
AHPRA actually wanted some docs from me, about four. I was able to get three, but my professional body ( Nursing and Midwifery council Nigeria) couldn't get a sheet of paper signed from 11th September till 19th October. Several efforts were made, chief Bellong was with me through it all, Kingbukaz tried all within his ability, Nanlop was at the council for me, and three other people on different occasions, oscar offered to help out too, Monica was there, Jamson, Bnimz, mctowel01, Teejay80, Sol and many others were with me in the situation. Unfortunately, my application was withdrawn on the 25th of this month ( the withdrawal note ought to have been given me on 22nd). The stress of the ups & downs, financial commitment which the bleeped up people at the helms of affairs caused me were much on me and the sadness of unfruitful efforts were heavy on me.. To make matters worst, I got the letter few hours after my application was withdrawn.
...but through it all, I've learnt to depend upon the lord.
I want to appreciate my family members ( blood & efam). May God crown our efforts with success, Rinzylee, ugsams, you're much respected. How can I forget phlunter01, my sister and counselor in all these, or nkechima who left her own travail to pray with me in the scorching sun of unyielding manager?? God bless you all. May God "say yes" to our migration dreams.

Dear bellong and other gurus,

I have HND in architecture in 2006 and have being working in a bank since 2007 in operation dept.
There is no related occupation in the list for working in a bank as FT, but there is for architect in MLSSL and architectural draftperson and technician in STSOL.

However, i have a registered company since 2009. If i want to claim self employed, the only documents i have is the company registration documents, i'm not sure if that will suffice.

I need experts advice, opinions and experience.

-For the purpose of assessment, what occupation do i choose
-How can i claim points for my spouse in other to boost mine as the principal applicant.
i did not read about it on DIBP, but on this thread i think i have seen something like that.

Good day everyone on this thread. I want to be part of the success story from thread... However, at the moment I am short of funds to pursue this. I fully understand the consequences of waiting too long as immigration rules do change. My questions now are;
- Is it advisable to secure loan for this immigration process?
-How long can it take someone to repay the loan considering the amount of money involve, under favourable condition?
I need urgent and serious advise on this subject.

NOTE: I have done IELTS (10 points), I have Masters degree, and I can claim maximum points in age.

PS: Naija don tire me to the extreme

cc bellong and all other experts here...

Thank you all

The occupation an estate management professional can nominate on the list is a skill level 1 occupation. It means, you must have a bachelor degree to get a positive assessment.

For you, except you have proven record of tasks or jobs you have carried out in your company as an architectural draftsperson, that is when you can get a positive assessment.

Alternatively, you can assess as a customer service manager with your banking experience. You may get in touch with Koleefem05 to guide you on formatting your reference letter for Vetasses, if you are taking this option.
