Eruditor:I don't necessary agree with this. In your opinion He freestyles better and has better word play than every other rapper but as we all know opinions differ. Not everyone agrees with you. Also Eminem features in most people's top 5 rappers of all time and rightly so however saying He should be topping every list is simply ridiculous. Take football for example, even til this day, there are still arguements who the greatest ever is and it will remain so til thy kingdom come. I do agree with you however that in the American society, Light skinned is seen as "Priviledge". That however did not start today, it dates back to the Jim crow era where light skinned blacks were given preferential treatments and were given "House Nigg" jobs rather than "Field Nigg" ones. Unfortunately those stereotypes aren't going away anytime soon. Much the same way Dark skinned athletes are called "Thugs" even one of the Smartest dudes in American sports Richard Sherman was once called that. Tbh as long as Humans exist, they'll always be some sort of Racism/Colourism/Sexism. The struggles the likes of Larry Bird and Dirk faced in a predominantly "Black" sport are the same struggles the likes of Williams sisters and Tiger Woods faced in a "White" dominated sport. |

$25K for continuing the fight, for standing up for yourself. Meanwhile, Kelly Oubre gets $15K for escalating things when he obviously punched Klay Thompson but missed twice and punching John Wall in the process before reaching Klay but he gets $15K.

chic2pimp:I get your point but the reality is if there is a criteria for the best rapper alive Eminem will tick the most boxes. And I did not say he did everything better than every other rapper but that he did most things better than the other rappers they normally put in that greatest category. Just like in football, the players that make up that greatest ever category have certain boxes they need to tick such that no matter one's preferences or biases any random choice will not foot that bill. For instance, no matter how much someone likes Rick Ross, they simply cannot make a case for him in the greatest ever criteria going by the requirements. Now going back to Eminem, my position was, had Eminem fulfilled that unwritten "black-skin" criteria, he would have made most people's number 1. I know they lazily put Tupac and BIG at the top of most lists etc. It is laughable because had both rappers not died so tragically, I doubt they may be as relevant now. |

Roland17:Rubbish! When you're giving up over 110 points to the knicks not even Jordan can save this team with the kind of horrible D they're playing. They're turning bums into all stars. |

WeissBarlow:You called it with the Cavs losing and I was about to laugh at you but now, I'm laughing at the Cavs.. They kept shooting 3s and playing no defense. |

I LOVE THIS NBA SEASON |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 5:31am On Oct 30, 2017*. Modified: 10:39am On Oct 30, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:Worst part is they're not making shots. JR is shooting and defending like the worst player in the league. Love is scoring points but his FG % is horrible. TT is hopeless. Crowder is looking uncormfortable and the list goes on and on. They're not rebounding offensively or defensively. All teams do is wait for them to miss then hurt them in transition cause they don't get back to defend and even when they do they defend like kids. Plus the rebounding problem above. They have a lot of work to do.

And now the warriors lose to the pistons. This is weird. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 6:18am On Oct 30, 2017 |
Blowing a 14pt lead. I did not expect that. All the blame should fall on Kerr for the useless rotations. Good job from him. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SIRcumalot: 6:18am On Oct 30, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:not weird at all. the regular season means nothing to both teams. I wish Hayward never went down maybe then the cavs would have some incentive to get home court for the ECF. |

aliondo:How is a 5'8 offensive guard going to fix their defensive woes? Maybe they'll be more productive but a championship team is built on solid defense. Besides, by the time he gets back it might be too late. I legit think they're lottery contenders with the way they're playing now. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:03am On Oct 30, 2017 |
Really weird season this one is. Golden State and Cavs losing same night at home, I'm not falling for the initial gra gra though. However I think the Cavs should be a bit more worried. I can't wrap my head round why the Cavs are sooo bad on defense. The sheer lack of effort defies logic |

Bros what were you saying about Bell and Big Ben again? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 10:34am On Oct 30, 2017 |
Eruditor:It wasn't really a rotation issue, the TOs by Curry, Klay and especially Draymond is enough to plunge us deep down.. Kerr had to. We ahd 25TOs. Everyone was just careless with everything.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 10:47am On Oct 30, 2017 |
Good that these issues are showing early on in the season so all proper adjustments should be made. We need to improve tactically and make the necessary mid season trades. It's all good. Its all good. ![]() |

| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 11:53am On Oct 30, 2017*. Modified: 8:58pm On Oct 30, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:When we led by 8 in the first, he put out that mumu line up with DWest and co. Before long, Pistons led by 3. He left that line-up a tad too long before bringing KD back in. Then we went up by 5 again. Next thing he started doing stupid alterations like when Steph was playing around with 4 non-shooters. I know TOs have been crazy but we have been bad with them all season. It still cannot justify losing by 8 after having led by 14pts at home. Kerr is too stubborn; if he has made up his mind before a game to make certain rotations, he will make them regardless of how the game is going. We needed to win yesterday to get a game ahead of SAS who have recently faltered. Why lose a home game to Detroit "useless" Pistons? Of all the losses this season yesterday's peppered my body. I was livid. I know it is a long season and what not but he better start trying to rack up wins now. We would use much latter in the season to explore different line-ups in readiness for the playoffs. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 12:19pm On Oct 30, 2017 |
A40:The pelicans are looking good so a dream scenario where we get boogie seems unlikely. Plus the value of our pick is in question. But Cavs are known for making good mid season trades, it's unlikely we're getting an all star but we should at least move bums like JR and TT and get players who actually deserve to be in the NBA. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 2:44pm On Oct 30, 2017 |
WeissBarlow: How did Cavs get that reputation?I don't even know why some guys are panicking. You guys have a great squad already. It just seem like the guys lack morale to play (let's not talk defense at all), chemistry or locker room issues and maybe Kyrie saw it coming. Whatever it is ain't even that serious. Wait!! You really thought you could get Cousins for Tristan who had 1pt, 0rb 0ast yesterday (with his outrageous contract) and a future 1st round pick?? Cavs better tank and build around Frye. We were told to build around Zaza too ![]() |
