kyrie is making some great passes this game you have to wonder where all this one dey when he played for the cavs. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 1:40am On Oct 31, 2017 |
Eruditor:I watched the game again. I agree with you. Our TOs, lack of respect for opponents from the squad, Kerr's stubbornness and sticking to a rotation for too long just to appear "professional" will continue to plague us until someone changes. Meanwhile, Curry and Draymond need to get their shît together and act like leaders. |

Ben Simmons is phenomenal FFS. ![]() |

SIRcumalot:You can see he is gradually coming to his own with this offense. Personally, it has been his defense that has impressed me over the past three games. That being said, my favorite player has been Baynes, what a presence on both ends of the court! |

A40:father time is beginning to catch up with them all.... |

SmooshCHN:for the cavs to get cousins they have to trade half of their team, if not more... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:42am On Oct 31, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:Uhh by making good trades mid season? Like korver last year? I'm not panicking, I'm just saying if some guys won't cut it they should be traded. In case you didn't know boogie is in the last year of his contract. The condition was that if the pelican two tower experiment wasn't working and he's still without a new contract it would be plausible for the Cavs to get him. Brooklyn's "expected" lottery pick + TT, Shumpert and maybe zizic/tavares would have done it. Things have changed now but that was a likely situation at the start of the season. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:44am On Oct 31, 2017 |
AndrewFarms:Yeah. For a short fuse in the last year of his contract. Because they Cavs are ret arded. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:45am On Oct 31, 2017 |
AndrewFarms:You don't know what you are saying. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by redarrr(m): 7:53am On Oct 31, 2017 |
Giannis has bin my favourite player and Minnesota wolves is rilly doing well and I hope non of dem get injured.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:25am On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:Lmao you want to add Boogie to this Cavs team? Hahahaha how much help does your boy really need? I would like to see the GM that would be stewpid enough to take TT and JR's bloated contracts though stranger things have happened I hope you guys add another All-star so you get to break the record of most All-stars in a team that failed to win a Championship. That would be another milestone for Bron to set |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:31am On Oct 31, 2017 |
I think why Steph gets taken for granted isn't necessary cos of the hue of his skin but simply because of how easy he makes the game look. You would not see an easier 31pts night from anybody else in today's game |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:32am On Oct 31, 2017 |
A40:You're okay with the status quo because you know the warriors are still the favourites. You're spooked by the idea of boogie on this team because you're afraid the Cavs can actually beat the warriors with him. The Cavs have 3 allstars. The warriors have 4, two of which are top 5 players in the league, 3 of which are all time best shooters, 3 of which are the best defenders in the league one of them DPOY. It goes on and on. I'd take boogie Giannis AD and every other all star we can get. We want to win, not lose another finals. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by redarrr(m): 9:17am On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:enough for d babysitting, lebron James should make his team an all-star team...at least there are three MVP players in d team and there is an all-star players in d team |
| Re: The NBA Begins by redarrr(m): 9:20am On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:enough for d babysitting, lebron James should make his team an all-star team...at least there are three MVP players in d team and there is an all-star player in d team. whereas curry made the team better,at least it was through curry, draymond green got better so since kyrie has left d team for him,he should I.prove d team.... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:34am On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:Nice try! I'm not spooked one bit!! The Celtics lost Hayward and gutted their starting 5 from last season and are still grinding it out yet all we keep hearing from y'all Cavs fans is excuses, excuses and more excuses. Even if you add Boogie there's no guarantee you beat Golden State. This present Cavs roster has more than enough to beat Golden State this year. You got the best possible outcome losing Kyrie but getting IT, Rose,Crowder Jeff Green and Wade. It can even be argued that when healthy the Cavs are actually deeper than Golden State You might as well take Klay Thompson and or Kevin Durant from Golden State if you want a superior roster. All I know is that the Cavs have no excuses not to beat Golden State with their roster |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:36am On Oct 31, 2017 |
redarrr:No objective fan should make any excuses for Bron this year if the Cavs don't go all the way. Let's list the roster of both teams so we can compare their depth |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 10:27am On Oct 31, 2017 |
A40:It's very ridiculous, I tell you; even moreso with 2 other players averaging 20+ ppg. He's like the most casual shooter ever. Everybody is talking about Kporzee and Giannis, due to their presence in their respective teams Meanwhile, Curry will drop 37 and people will talk about how Kerr's hairline receding or Klay Thompson getting a sun tan from the game. Probably one more MVP will get people talking |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 10:36am On Oct 31, 2017 |
In other news, Simmons is looking like the ROY. Nobody coulda played PG better for the sixers Rockets won't impress if they continue having games like this. CP3 should be able to get back that transition play I saw from them against Warriors. Settling for jumpers and ISOs may not get them to WCF. And those 3 pointers...2 of your best players having 90% of their shots from behind the arc is beyond ludicrous. Kporzee is porzeeing, Giannis is giannising. Both took off their jackets... This NBA season is intense and unpredictable AND I LOVE IT!!! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:51am On Oct 31, 2017 |
Decale:Guys like Russ and Wall etc are seen to work hard for every point while Steph is seen hardly working. Porzee has a lot of Dirk Nowitzki in him. I hope the Knicks get him some help |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 11:03am On Oct 31, 2017 |
Notice how my boy dropped 31pts without playing the 4th quarter. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by AndrewFarms(m): 12:51pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:bros... you're so funny oooh.... here are some facts to prove me RIGHT about what i am saying... if you still disagree, feel free to use google.....
|
| Re: The NBA Begins by AndrewFarms(m): 12:53pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
WeissBarlow:they are currently the oldest team in the league that's why their defense is so lackadaisical.... they need some fresh blood..... another reason why kyrie left..... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:03pm On Oct 31, 2017*. Modified: 3:41pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
AndrewFarms:Whose fault is it that the Cavs have the oldest roster in league? Dan Gilbert? Coach Lue or the Assembler in Chief? |

| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:01pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
AndrewFarms:Exactly why i said you dont know when you're saying, since when did average age become directly proportional to your defense. Do you know who the second oldest team in the league are? The spurs! The third oldest? This is where it gets interesting, The Golden state warriors! Do you see either of them playing doodie defense? Cavs defensive issues comes down to tactics and communication plus attitude. another reason why kyrie left.....Ohhh hey, Kyries best friend is in the house providing insight never known before, what else did kyrie tell you? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:02pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
A40:LMAO, A40 knows better than the bookies and analysts. Thinks cavs have the better squad. Hes so smart this guy! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:05pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
A40:Who cares about the sh itty as- celtics, we want to win a championship. You just keep contradicting yourself, first the cavs are the favorites, then even adding boogie wont guarantee them a win and then he switches back again! Classic signs of a hater, speaking from both sides of his mouth. Give us KD and Klay, we'll take them. If jordan bullied the nba with the second best team of all time why not lebron! We want to win, all that matters, if that rubs off on you the wrong way thats your business |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:09pm On Oct 31, 2017*. Modified: 3:29pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
Roland17:Did you hear the cavs complaining about being old? We're good, if the spurs did it we can too. We have issues yes, but we'll fix them. By assembler in chief do you mean koby altman? BTW, adding a 35 year old is sure to push your squad average age, but this is a 35 year old you'd be foolish to reject, heck even the warriors tried to make a play on him did they not? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 3:12pm On Oct 31, 2017 |
AndrewFarms:Well they are the oldest but that's a weak excuse for their poor defense. They are just poor as a team when it comes to defense. Poor transition defense, little or no communication, lack of effort, poor help defense (LeBron and Jr Smith are regular offenders), inability to read and adjust to opposition offense and just sheer laziness to hustle. Gone are the days when they had Kyrie with crazy offense and everyone would try to outscore the opponent. Age isn't an excuse. They are just that bad on defense. 29th in defense last year after the all star games. If they fix they're defense, Warrior in 6 ![]() |

Not every one that criticises the Cavs is a Warriors fan. I need to put it out there. Assembler in Chief ![]() |
