If as you claim, Buhari is truly a bigot, then with statements like this, what makes you different from him? Why would you want appointment of one of "your own sons" into that position if not bigotry? Shouldn't you be more concerned about whether that person merits the appointment or not? Are you, IPOB, desiring to leave Nigeria because things aren't as good as they should be, or because you didn't get the chance to 'do your own' bigotry by putting your own 'sons' into key positions?

IPOB is claiming that SE governors "sacrificed" Kanu just to get more Igbo appointments. Claiming that they wanted the SGF to be Igbo! Isn't that a ridiculous claim?!

First of all, you need to know that the ruling class don't do things in groups, they are each after their own personal ambitions and nothing more. They make the friends they need to make to achieve their goals and nothing more. From Okorocha to Obiano to the rest of them, each could care less if its a Herdsman from Libya or Senegal that's elected President of Nigeria, as long as it'll pave the way for their future PERSONAL ambitions.

Secondly, for IPOB to make this kind of statement, and express subtle anger their 'son' wasn't given the appointment, it simply shows the way they reason- they are as bigoted as anybody else they accuse of the same.

Shouldn't the supposed "selling Nnamdi Kanu out" tell you that the ruling class don't care what happens to members of their ethnic group if it doesn't relate to them? Why then, would they even care about a random Igbo man being made SGF? Or do you think Senator Abaribe signed Kanu's bond because he was Igbo? Nah. He wanted to take advantage of the Igbo masses. He could care less whatever happened to Kanu, left to him.

Seriously, its not that hard to understand.

A country like Bostwana has more responsible govt than Nigerians. It is time u all stop this ass licking govt. IPOB provided a platform to disturb the ruling class.. if u never supported them becus of tribal sentiment, it would av been best ur people establish their own course too. If we all can establish a platform to disturb the ruling class, we could be on our way to a better and more responsible govt.

Do we have 24/7 electricity supply in yoruba land? Do we have world class health care facilities that will prevent our ruling class from traveling to London, India, south africa, egypt, germany, etc for medicals? Has south west transformed universities in the region to even meet the standard in ordinary south africa? what about water, ordinary water that late Libyan leader provided for his citizen even though Libya is in surrounded by deserts. Dont be decieved by luxurious buildings in Lagos, and the so called IGR that has no meaningful impact in the lives and standard of living of majority of the masses. My Canada friend told me few days ago that she does not know the meaning of bad government. Her minimum wage is 11$ per hour. If u work for 10 hours per day, u already made 110$ (that is the least u can make in her state of residence). That means u already made more than the minimum wage in Nigeria for more than two months. My brother, this is our problem. We need those who could disturb the govt, make them uncomfortable, make nigeria boil, noisy and disgrace the govt, the masses can take advantage of these type of people/situation to make serious demand from the govt.

take for instance, when Kanu was disturbing our peace (I didnt like the way he talked though, but I appreciated the fact he was able to steer national discourse), political leaders started talking about restructuring. The talk for restructuring became a serious issue in Nigeria. U can imagine if he had continued with his noise and wahala, we may get something meaningful done about our stupid constitution and political system. Think about it bro/sister. Please, dont allow bigotry and sentiment to make u think i said stupid things. I SUPPORT ANYTHING THAT CAN DISTURB THE RULING CLASS.
