Adsense remains the best. I think I'd tip Propeller Ads as second best to adsense. Easy to set up and integrate.

Adsense is the best abeg. Amazon affiliate is good, but i have not been able to get verified via phone call.

I know some other ad networks that might pay a little bit high than adsense but believe me, sometimes they do not worth it

Some of them can cause malware on your site, some can display ads in an aggressive way that Pisses off ya readers, while some can slow down your page's loading speed
