It is no more news that Movie Producer, Kunle Agboola, the producer of Idan Irawo on DSTV for some months now has been down with kidney disease. He is said to need about N14.8Million for the transplant of the kidney.
It has been a very tough moment for him and his family, especially his wife who has been running helter-skelter to save the life of her husband and father of her tender children.
Support for him has taken a new dimension as Popular Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim days ago flew in to Nigeria to visit the residence of the movie producer in Lagos. During her visit, she explained that through her foundation, Juliet Ibrahim Foundation, which is centred on getting help for people with critical need, she will implore people to help the ailing movie producer because it’s a situation that needs urgent attention.
Speaking on how she got to know about the ailment, she revealed that she was contacted through email by the party involved and after she verified it was true, she had no choice than to take it upon herself to show support.
The wife of the producer also revealed that Help is needed urgently as the funds that have been gathered so far has been spent of doing dialysis and frequent check-ups, pleading with well meaning Nigerians to help in whatever way they can to save his life
