A Staff at Nimble Youth Empowerment & Development Intiative - NYEDI, Adamu Aliyu Paiko, has shared photos of what students were allegedly fed with as the school feeding programme proposed by the Federal Government - kick-started today in Niger state. According to him, he saw pupils of Zubairu primary school eating noodles and half egg from nylons.

Below is what he shared on Facebook;

The implementation of another systematic way of squandering the public founds by the incompetence APC administration has kicked start today in Niger State, they call it "SCHOOL FEEDING" and I call it "FRAUD" If 2.1billion is budgeted to feed the school pupils for 21days , all schools are expected to have equal presentable meals, instead of having meals in a nylon leather like beggars of the olden days, I came across multiple students of Zubairu primary school paiko eating indomie and half egg from a nylon leather in non conducive environment, And yet they call it school feeding. I don't know if they really know what feeding means.

If you leave in some parts of the North, you will understand that this indomie and half egg is a rare delicacy for these children, it will motivate many of them to come to school.
Go to any motor park in some northern cities, buy and plate of rice and see the number of children that will be staring at you with hungry eyes, then you will not condemn what they served to them by judging them with your own children status living in Abuja City Center or Lekki

Notice that the second child in that picture has no shoes on her legs because her parents cannot afford school sandals and you didnt see that one

APC and the organisers of these monumental scam should be ashamed of themselves.

Ironically, while the hungry kids in the northern part of Nigerianwill very willingly accept and celebrate these lousy meals in nylon bags ( and even hail Buhari and APC as the best thing to happen), this kind of shameful way to serve a meal can only cause a riot in schools in the Southern parts of Nigeria as the kids down south will feel insulted to be served meals in nylon bag.

However, the school feeding scheme is APC and Buhari's way of settling the Northerners. The Northern kids will eat the food and still not go to school... thats not their priority.
The southern kids don't need to be fed to go to school.... they will attend schools cos it is their priority.

Buhari/ APC please feed the Northern kids with meals in nylon bags, but use the feeding monies to build more schools in the Southern parts.
