Fidha254:One of the most daring bank heists I've heard of is one that happened in my home town in 2003. It's was 16 cars and they offloaded almost $2 million from a bank vault overnight. And guess what? It happened less than 100 metres from the city police station. |

iblawi:Algeria has not not not not ordered any su-35 or su-34, they only looked at it, and the fake order ended up as fake news like NAF ordered 12 su-30 on fakebook report. S-300 tech is nearly 25 older than su-35 tech, I dont see how that missile will stop Sudanese flanker thats latest tech in Russia. Even if it does, its army missile, does not change what I said that Sudan has next best airforce to Egypt if the su-35 delivery is true. Maybe you and the 11 goons that liked your post should use google for free research instead of using facebook ![]()

SupremeCourt:why are you so excited ? lets wait to confirm that sudan has received sukhoi 35 (for now no picture no serious source of this delivery), then we will see the number of planes and what version they have received , which radar, systems and only after we can compare with other air forces with arguments. ![]() |

The massive geopolitical implications of the ongoing LAPPSET project. This is a tremendous global gamechanger which will shorten Asia/W European shipping times significantly lowering costs for all players. Its a critical stretch of the Chinese OBOR,One Belt One Road,a trans Africa land bridge stretching from Lamu,Kenya, one leg will lead to Ethiopia, while the other will stretch from S Sudan to CAR and end in Douala,Cameroon. It will open up Africa's most forgotten stretches, specifically the resource rich CAR,a severely underpopulated 6th world hell hole of only 4.5 mn on 600k+ km2 rich in gemstones, uranium, tropical hardwoods and oil. Looking at the maps the implications are as numerous as they are deep: -Egypt may decide to reduce dependence on the Suez and request a connecting line via N and S Sudan as may Uganda and the Sahelians for their products, limited though they may presently be. This cooperation will engender mutual trust reducing regional tensions-nations in big joint projects don't attack each other. -France,ever mindful of a weakening of their neocolonial stranglehold may react. Proxies may attack but Jean-Fraude is aware confronting Woo even from the shadows is a losing game -The entire waist of Africa stands a very good chance of escaping Western control mechanism of usury and debt enslavement with a way around their terrible geographical accident of being land locked. Apart from Europe, there is not a single successful highly developed landlocked country as measured by the Human Development Index (HDI), and nine of the twelve countries with the lowest HDI scores are landlocked.[3][4] Landlocked European countries are exceptions in terms of development outcomes due to their close integration with the regional European market.[4] Landlocked countries that rely on transoceanic trade usually suffer a cost of trade that is double that of their maritime neighbours.[5] Landlocked countries experience economic growth 6% less than their non-landlocked countries, holding other variables constant.[6]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landlocked_developing_countries -the HQ of the project,Kenya will act as a centrifuge pulling all these nations into a new orbit away from the French/Anglo Zionist hands. -Africa,to this day is a colonial style economy, producing raw or semi finished primary products for the West. This can change as goods will traverse the continent in 48 hrs. All locally made goods from milk, assembled cars and FMCGs can supply the growing middle class across the route. eg CAR or DRC timber can be shipped to Nairobi for processing and forwarded to Lamu. Truly, the minds who imagined this were our brightest! This is the main reason our def budget will soon clock 2 bn$+. Your cogitations? Nemesis4u,patches689,Algerian1 and ActivateKruger, pls check in.

barineh:You are kidding right? If we so much as think of joining, CAN will cry foul heaven and earth about Islamization agenda just because GMB is a Muslim. Besides, Nigeria has a strict policy of not choosing sides. The coalition is a show of force towards Iran and we have a strong diplomatic relations with them (most of the time) |

barineh:This must be some kind of joke right? The same silly Saudi Arabia that closed their airspace to Pakistani Airplanes bringing weapons to Nigeria at the height of the Boko Haram insurgency, Nigeria should now join them in their losing war in Yemen. PMB wisely kept us out of their "Alliance" Let Saudi and the Iranians settle each other e no konsign us. |

LTGEN:The man simply ran away for his life and triggered a years plan with the Generals. Something the paper 'tiger' next door had no power over. Who was gonna stick his head out for a 93 year old man who had become odious and on his way out. However a dangerous precedent has been set. It is now from one tyrant to the next only this time even worse. The vested interests that held Zimbabwe bound still persists under an effective military coup regime. Mnangagwa is not going anywhere soon and democracy will worsen. Zimbabwe is threading on anarchy and effectively now a banana republic all because of the abject failure of South Africa at every turn. Shame! |

I know Nesta Marley was critiquing the ancien régime with these lyrics, but surely they presciently applied to Mugabe/Zanu. Could this be why Mugabe was so opposed to him being invited to the Independence celebrations way back in 1980, and actually tear-gassed his performance? Every man gotta right to decide his own destiny, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnpBtRlfdjc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQB2l2hAths |

Had an un-nerving chat with a colleague on the Mid-East desk about the probability of the GCC conflict with Qatar going hot. SA weapons & systems sold to the GCC would be used against SA corporate assets in Qatar. And that's without factoring in the complexities resulting from Denel's active pursuit of sales to Iran - the GCC's sworn enemy. Truly, we inhabit a mad confusing world. PICS: Some of the SA weapons & systems sold to the GCC countries and SA corporate assets in Qatar.
