As much as I will like to join the group for this laudable idea,I think the population is kinda large to manage due to suggestions and inputs that will be coming from different quarters which must be considered and might create issues.

However,if the population can be managed,it will be better if it we have members per state who will meet and discuss further.

1billion is no small money. Pls,Op,I hope it will work out and other Nigerians will adopt the strategy for a better Nigeria.
