My people, God has done it for me and my family. I am a tier 4 student, got my visa but my husband and daughter were refused visa.
We put in for administrative review and today my husband just got a message to bring his passport and our daughters passport that the decision has been overturned. They are ready to give them visa now. I am so excited. Thanks to God and all here for encouragement.

Please I want to confirm if he has to go along with our 2 years old daughter to Immigration office in Ikeja for the passport submission? he can go alone to submit the passports? Please anyone has an idea. We need help on that please.

Its urgent for us. Thanks and God bless you all.

House please help a brother, I intend to apply for UK visit visa. I’m currently working in a company for 4 years now and what hit my account is about 156k monthly. I’m married with kid and I have about 1m available from my savings account which I intend transferring to my salary account before submission. I also have landed documents.
I recently returned from a training fully sponsored from SA.

My questions are;
1. Is the balance stated up there good to go?
2. Can I also submit other properties documents?
3. Can I submit a statement I printed within 6 months to with my application or I should print new one now?
4. What other documents will I need from my company apart from introduction letter, pay slip and tax clearance as I have read from this thread?
5. Can I include my immediate family documents
I intend doing the hotel reservation and flight booking myself (pls direct me on how to go about it).

Again, another scenario is that I have an uncle who stays in Londin and his ready to send me letter of invitation and accommodate me for the period I will be staying. Please may I know things he needs to send along side because our surnames are different.

I intend staying for just one week because of the expenses.

Please help me with which option to use. Should I apply individual and forget about an invite from my uncle as I have read it requires a lot of documents which me might not be willing to release. ( Incase he’s willing to send what are the things he needs to send)
And if I apply as an individual what are my chances?

Please which one should I go for?

Earning 345k monthly in Nigeria is enough for you to stay. Relocating to UK and obtaining a work permit is mostly done on Student visa(tier4) or Skilled visa(2).
UK monthly rent & expenses will make your earnings less than what you are receiving on monthly basis as a Manager. In conclusion my advise is for you to continue with your job of 345k monthly in Nigeria because the salary is nice

You can easily move in to UK with student visa which have a work permit.mist tuition fees cost at least £12000yearly and after your course you are expected to return back to Nigeria because is rare for students to be retain by the University or Employer

Hi house,
Oh..and hi Mr Justwise. I need advise on this pls. I am thinking (not sure yet to be quiet honest ) of applying for a 6 months visit visa. However, my case is a bit complicated. I studying in the UK years back for 2 years; was a teen back then; was sponsored by my parents too. I overstayed my student visa back then becos my parents had thought that they could renew for me while I was there at the UK Home Office without having to travel back, i had already overstayed by the time I got a feedback that i had to come back to naija to renew. I travelled back, tried to renew in 2012 forgot to mention on my additional info section that i had overstayed. I was obviously denied and was told that i didn't state the fact that i overstayed and that future applications may be refused based on this. I got my UK immigration solicitor to write to the Emnassy and got a reply that the refusal has been reviewed again and that I could RE-APPLY again. I was completely fed up and decided to finish my study here, start a business etc. I'm a successful interior designer now with my own company. I've traveled to S.A twice since then, i have been to the U.S. and still have a valid visa etc. This is 5 years later and now I'm thinking of applying for a visit to the U.K. What do you think @justwise and co?

Hello,

UK Spouse Visa

I graduated as a nurse on 24th of November 2017 and started
work on 13th of Novemeber on £15 phr *38.5hrs per week.

In addition, I am entitle to £1500 bonus within 12 months of employment.

I had previously work as an agency carer whilst studying and earned
£2000 on my P45 as of September 2017. I have £1300 pension so far.

I plan to move to 2-3 bedroom house by June 2018 with
a minimum of 6 months or a year contract agreement.

We got married in a registry on December 2015 and have
evidence of this. I'm a British citizen.

I plan to bring my wife and my 10 months old baby by August
My wife is graduate and have no savings as she had to
to change environment to look after our baby.

My question is, do i have to live in the 2-3 bedroom flat for 6 months
before I apply?

Would I meet the financial requirement after 6 months of employment?
I started on 13th of November 2017.

Thank you

2bedroom is perfectly ok since a baby is on the way.

Since you are going to make the application next August why are you counting only on 6months? Your salary is ok though, at the end of financial year you will be earning more than £24K

1. Earning 150K a month is not bad but spending more than 3moths of your salary on this trip could be an issue.

2. Yes you can

3. Submit a current one

4. Marriage certificate and family pictures

5. Yes if those are not from extended family or from mum & Daddy

You can use booking.com to book for hotel in the UK or get IV and proof of accommodation from your uncle, both ideas are acceptable

Do I need a location manager that'll facilitate branding of my shop?

And what are the commission bases for being an agent
