Egyptians have been doing these SF/S0F heavy joint Ex for the past five years now or so. Arguably with better outfits but definitely with better equipped outfits. At the same time neither their kit or organisation has changed. Sure they may be getting new looks but does it stick? 1 Like

First real look at Egyptian Special Forces assualt vehichles. Ford chasis, likely makes them procurement through US FMF.

Note the driver if you can see that well. Special Forces support personnel - mainly dealing with logisitcs - are actually conscripts. Big weakness is the lack of networking between SF and other adminsitrations (eg Int, Signals) and no SF support group for combat ops. /6

Good look at Egyptian Paratrooper Special Forces. 24th Parachute Battalion. Quality combat body armour used improperly. Improper lid that's more suited to jumpong and can't be used in conjunction with coms or ear defence. Jordanians with objectively better kit.
