That guy bled to death because of the typical ignorance of people around him .. they let life flow out from him in the form of blood ..There there are two rules in gunshot injury once the heart , liver or brain is not hit and that is to evaluate whether what you have is an escape or drown situation ..an escape situation when blood is escaping from the body like we see on his leg , the thing to do is make sure you stop that blood flow and in his case a good torniquet to his upper thighs would have bought him hours ..A drown situation is when blood flow from gun injury starts to block airway like the lungs or Trachea and the thing here is to to make sure the airways are constantly evacuated and kept clean till the surgeon arrives . We all calling this dead dude names, why? How do we know for sure that it was all about theft of a damn fone, what if it was cult related? This thing will have happened to me in 2015 when i was serving in Rivers State the armed robber attack me and demanded for my phone wic i gave them willingly and de return my sim card back to me but my friend said I shouldn't have gave them the phone I should have shout. |
