Good day VO, Please i have a question to ask.

I was denied an F-1 visa August this year and am about to re-apply. In my first application i i used my dad's company as the person/entity paying for my trip and also in the section of previous employment i said i have been helping out my dad in his business omitting that of my mum who is a community pharmacist because i thought since my dad is the sponsor that i can only add him. My question goes thus; Can i add my Dad and mum as the entity/organization paying for my trip and also can i include my mum's pharmacy in the previous employment section since i do help her at times in her pharmacy shop?

Please VO help me with this because am confused on what to do. my dad is into importation of motorcycle and motorcycle spare parts and the major i want to study in the US is Pharmacy.

Read what he wrote again. He never said he is applying for US Visa , na Canada he say him wan apply for. Now asking if his previous US ban go affect him Canadian application.

@bolded , mehn that’s one madass crime as far as US Embassy is concerned. They barely forgive anything that has to do with fraudulent. You need to identify the kind of ban you were given maybe it’s a 10years or lifeban. If it’s a 10year Ban, then done bother applying until after 2021 cuz you’ll only be giving them 64k for fun and if it’s a lifetime ban, you probably ain’t gonna see what America is like in this lifetime of yours. Seems you didn't plan well in advance. I will caution you, this is not a country where people simply "accommodate" people. You are expected to be independent and make your own plans. Hopefully you'll find some Nigerian willing to help.

lol he's asking for accommodation, for how long? Does that accommodation include helping pay some of his bills, driving him around to everywhere he wants to go and/or lending him my car to move around? There is a lot that he does not appear to have factored into his decisions.

Think about your post for a second, would that even fly with you if someone else came with this story? First off, why would a company sponsor someone who is neither a member of staff nor related to anyone in the position of making financial decisions for the company?

Easy your brother should transfer the money to his personal account and sponsor you that way

If not it makes hardly any sense ....what does the company stand to gain by sponsoring you is what the Vo or most people would think

The VO is not going to believe this. Does every board member use the company account to pay the school fees for their children and brothers? Be honest, you are simply using the company statement of account to get through the visa interview. This is the issue you have to overcome first before worrying about proving relationship ties.

I couldn't find a more appropriate word to describe it. You and I know that the company isn't going to be paying your school and living expenses... so why are you going with their account as your primary means of sponsorship? You may not have stolen my money, but your actions reflect negatively on the rest of us who struggle daily to live above stereotypes brought on by the likes of you. Please do not attempt to directly contact me again, i have no desire to answer any private questions from you.
