Almost as a wingback, considering the way the match is progressing (when Everton is defending). And he's been caught napping on a couple of occasions.

No doubt he'll cause problems if given space to ping passes to the two forward men.

“They [the other midfielders] do other things and have other qualities. [Marouane] Fellaini can score an amazing header, [Nemanja] Matic can shoot from outside the box and [Ander] Herrera can do other good things.

"I know that a derby is something special for the people. For us, in the end, it is three points but, honestly, I think that for the people born in the city and feeling the colours in that good positive rivalry, it is a special match.

"I think, in the right way, the derbies are a beautiful thing - same city, different colours, friends they support different colours and, even under the same roof in some families, they disagree on the passion for the colours.

"Taken in the right way, it is a beautiful thing, so I hope that on Sunday before the game you have a city full of colour, red and blue, and after the game the same, and, during the game, that's a football match where everybody wants to win."

"I was not born in Manchester, I was not born a Manchester United supporter but no way, no way any manager wants to win more than I want to. I think the professional side of our jobs, it's a feeling everybody has, wanting to win.

"I think every derby has some beauty, especially when you are happy to have a situation where opponents of both teams respect each other, and there are no problems in the streets.

"They accept that difference that we live in the same city but we support different colours. I think this is normally beautiful. I believe the next day, in school, the kids will have funny moments.

"I think adults, in their jobs, in their offices, in their factories, they will also enjoy the post-match because [that's how it is] to live together. Probably even brothers in the same house, under the same roof, they support different colours. I think it's nice if you take it in the right and a positive way."

Despite Liverpool dominating this match completely and playing in opposition's box, they have not been able to create a clear cut chance. Except when Mane beat a man and ran clear where he should have passed the ball to his team mate for an easy finish.

Salah has been very busy trying to make something happen as usual, and he eventually go something out from almost nothing.
