Your situation is very complicated and unfortunately you can not tell your parents for now because he hasn't really done anything that suggests anything per se.

I admire the guy's maturity for boldly accepting the fact that he has 'some bad things going through his mind' but at the same time, he is about to start what he can't finish. If he continue having such thoughts, he'd ruin his relationship with your family and his wife.

Cheating is bad and should be condemned but if you must cheat at all, why not get somebody that has no ties with your family? Cheating on loved ones with people closed to them is not only betrayal, I it's evil. It's always very difficult to forgive the cheat in that kind of situation.

Should you be worried, yes, be concerned, yes, be careful, yes, be free as though he didn't say anything, yes but note this, if he makes any move after what he has said that suggests that he might want to have his way with you forcefully or otherwise, pack your things and go home. Don't be the reason why his marriage fails.
