I want us to do a different thing in our time if God wills the future to come: to marry in an OLD FASHION AND AFRICAN WAY without a crowd nor entertainment, just
1. A gathering,
2. Blessing!

WHAT OF YOU? DO YOU WANT THE ELABORATE WAYS OF TODAY?
->Longtime Courtship
->Elaborate Engagement: Instead of family knowing each other (a knock on the door)
->Traditional, then
->Court/Church Wedding!(Do you know that wherever three or more believers among the saints are gathered that is the Church? That it is without cost to both couples, that only the dowry which may be in any form is needed?)
Marriage without worldly paper certificate for legalization is what we should want.

BECAUSE SUCH IS THE OLD FASHION WAY!

It would have been better.As a matter of fact,i would have gone for such if not for the polygamy stuff associated.

Doesn't stop it but polygamy was like something legal and normal those days.

Oh,yes those days but now our eyes are more open and we are more enlighten about the danger/dangers of polygamy. I can bet you the old way is still more better than the new way though
