True Especially that Buratai. Devoid of new ideas and was head of military acquisitions during Oga Jona's time Id trust him. The air Chief seems very smart but he holds too many ceremonies . The Naval chief is very very very silent.

You dey perform magic grin I dey wonder how dey enter my head grin Didn't want to mention him Ooo before guys crucify me. I just don't trust Buratai anymore. And especially with our southie brothers falling our hand from Madagascar to now Zimbabwe with this new slogan of "military assisted transition" make we no go enter one chance. I just have this eerie feeling about the guy.

Forgive me but I must add wish the Southies will see my point of view. Their incapacity to enforce AU agreements down south has set a very dangerous precedent. Sometimes it seems like the motive is with one eye this way by coincidence. Our people too slow sometimes. Now when I see that Buratai I'm just not so sure anymore.

They are doing really good. A new leader will probably change how things works which might end up being positive or negative so as for me, they're still perfect for the work.

Burutai is a fearless man. The CAS has done much for the airforce. The Navy itself is very silent.

Imagine getting fresh pictures and updates from them like the airforce.

He's a true soldier but I beg to disagree. We need new thinking. These guys are spent. And why is he always standing next to the C-in-C. I have a problem with that. The CDS is his boss. It's typical Buhari he trusts people too much till they betray him. I seriously have an eerie feeling. He should sack the lot. The only person deserving retainment is the CAS who should become CDS and not Buratai.

By the way new thinking in the new Theater Commander Op LAFIYA DOLE Maj. Gen. Rogers Ibe Nicholas has become more proactive in response than reactive. See...

My take: For the Nigerian Army I seriously contend that Maj. Gen. Leo Irabor should become the new Chief of Army Staff. Ezugwu should go to MNJTF. At that level for now these guys are the deal.

Relevant News: Happy for South Africa at the moment, an important country: Cyril Ramaphosa has just been announced as the new leader of the ANC having won the leadership contest of the party against Jacob Zuma' ex-wife Dlamini-Zuma (hated that so much-a man wanting to impose his ex-wife on a nation). Potentially Ramaphosa is all but guaranteed to become the next President of SA a good thing and hopefully a better deal for the SANDF. A strong SANDF is good for Nigeria and Africa in general. New beginnings 2019.

Ramaphosa should seek to bring SA/Nigeria relationship in the way of the UK/US strategic co-operation on foreign policy acknowledging Nigeria's natural right of Continental leadership.

True. A good Nigerian- south African relationship would be good for Africa. We could be true 50-50 partners.

Do the young men get paid or absorbed into the air force? Are they accorded the same status as those from NMS zaria?

Envy will smite you assuredly.

Finally algerian satellite Alcomsat 1 is in its geostationary orbit , next step MALE UAV maybe grin

At 20 :45 [Beijing Time] on 18 December 2017, after eight days of intense and orderly flight control task during which Alcomsat-1 has undergone 5 orbital changes and 3 final orbit acquisition maneuvers, the satellite was successfully located at 24.8 ° west longitude in the geostationary orbit, laying a solid foundation for subsequent operation. Both Chinese and Algerian parties together witnessed this historic moment in Xi'an Satellite Control Center.

Being sectional in appointments has never helped Nigeria. The best should carry the daÿ not celebrating mediocrity. The President may be a good man but one thing is evident his penchant for sectional appointments. How I hate to say that being his ardent faithful but it's the sad truth. The acting NIA DG taking over from Oke is from where and what belief system? Aha, u tell me. But no wahala na our country so leave matter. Presently no other officer in the Nigerian Army has proven combat success like Maj. Gen. Lucky Irabor but ostensibly they'd drag the tenures till he reaches retirement. No bi today.

Curious u're still here being a double spy. I since assumed u were simply hanged as a traitor by a side of your handlers for compromising national secrets. But who knows in this business where u constantly have to watch over your shoulders not trusting anyone including your handlers who could use u as a compromise or scapegoat for the national cause it might just be ur double or clone on display but again who knows.
