Nigerian court may have it shortcomings, but i believe innoson and his team of lawyers knows their onions. getting four solid court judgements against GTB, shows gtb is guilty.

I think both parties are not willing to come clean so, both of you should simply resolve your matter in court and stop disturbing our peace. There are two different cases, one which is a case of fraud and the other, excessive charges.

I know that Innoson is capitalizing on the gullibility of his ibo folks and Nigerians general lack of knowledge about the process and intricacies of imports.

Innoson established an LC which confirmation must have been added to by the bank thus making the bank the consignee on the bill of lading.

To clear the goods, the shipping documents particularly the bill of lading must be endorsed to the importer (Innoson), which the bank has denied doing nor releasing the documents

The question now is; HOW DID INNOSON CLEAR THE GOODS FROM THE PORT?

From all available info, the Innoson forged copies of the final shipping documents to cleared the goods... a clear case of stealing the bank goods.

If we remove the tribalism card igbos are trying to play, Innoson have lot of explanation to do on how hw cleared the goods worth over 1billion which he is avoiding to talk about.

A reconciliation was carried out on the account – which had a debit balance of N1,654,481,895.04 as at December 31, 2011. Again choosing to dishonour an agreement that was amicable reached between him and the Bank for a full and final settlement of N1,095,107,822.95 wherein the Bank graciously forgave him the sum of N559,374,072.09 which accrued on his account during the period which he abandoned his account.

Something I'm struggling to understand here.

How did the Federal High Court Akwa, grant him a judgement for N4.7billion, for a N559million default bank charges that you had already graciously forgiven him?
Also considering the fact that he still owes the bank over N1.095billion, according to your post.
It just doesn't quite make sense to me.

Also, if I'm to believe previous posts from the Innoson camp/supporters, you appealed against this judgement, but the judgement was upheld?

Helping their case before who? Did GTB report the matter to social media or Nairaland? Ive told you reputable people do their things differently.
