Hello everyone.
I lost 10kg about 3 years ago with support from a weight loss thread but I slowly gained it back.
I took a picture today and didn't like what I saw so....im on the way to getting my beautiful body back.
This isn't a new year resolution. I intend to go back to being healthy, loose excess weight and keep it off his time.
I'm not interested In fad diets.
I'm doing it the old school way.
Portion control
Exercise
More fruits and veggies
Low cards high protein.

I'll need a good support system though.
Pls join me if you also want to lose weight and keep it off. Let's do it together.
Support me if you are already fit

Current BMI is 27.5 which is overweight
Goal is 22.6
Current weight is about 73
Goal is 60
13kg to lose
Time frame: 3 months.
Let's log our diet and exercise daily. Thanks!

B: boiled plantain and fish
L:boiled plantain and fish
S:boiled plantain and fish
D:boiled plantain and fish
Snack: Garri and fish
Exercise: nil

Lol. I love plantain plus it was easy to make and it's healthy.

B: boiled yam (about 4 small pieces) and garden egg sauce
L: plantain pottage with some of the garden egg sauce from morning
D: small eba(about the size of my palm) plus okro soup.

The key is small portion sizes with lots of water.
Dinner was taken before 7pm.

I want to lose about 10kg. I just hope that is possible.

I will like to see your pics before you started your weight loss journey, during and after. You are sounding like after 3 months you would go right back to the jungle of eating junks.

Try to make your weight-loss journey interesting and joyful and it will definitely become a lifestyle.

I'm with you. Tried dieting sometime in November bt i wasn't consistent

Goal weight:60kg
Time frame:3 months(Jan-march)


B: four slices of white bread and two boiled eggs and a cup of tea
L: an apple
D: 2 slice bread and mayonnaise
