Simmons' got a dilemma. He drives but not as much as say Giannis. Why? He doesn't want to get to the FT line. Same as Lonzo then but the latter has been making FTs this week. Now, he can't shoot and doesn't attack the paint as much as he wants to given his size. Huge liability I'm guessing Brett Brown is trying to fix that flaw with this game. Simmons didn't play his regular 20+ mins 1st half |

Only reason I'm not picking Oladipo is because the coaches are definitely gonna pick him..

SmooshCHN:That’s how people didn’t vote for Hillary. They believed Trump don’t stand a chance |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 1:08pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Seems derozan really wants to make that all star weekend. Two way players like Beal who is the best two way shooting guard in the east are disrespected when voting for allstars. Decale The bulls definitely look better and with Zach Levine to come back plus Dunn and markannen growing. I'd say you lot are one superstar free agent away from becoming a real threat in the east. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 1:10pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:Great selection man, you made the tough choices that as a cavs fan and oladipo hater I can't. My only objection is KAT. I mean hes really really good but him over boogie? Maybe you're not so objective afterall. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by ipledge10(m): 2:27pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
AlderFadington:That’s where human sentiments comes in. I live in Minnesota, so town is our boy and I watch 80% of Timberwolves games. I don’t watch Pelicans unless they play GSW or Timberwolves |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 2:27pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:Except in this case, it's sports not politics neither is it a do or die affair. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:33pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:Lol! I guess you're just as subjective as I was when I picked love and Beal over embiid and dipo. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by ipledge10(m): 2:35pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:well you are right about. Sport Journalist and coach votes with their head. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by ipledge10(m): 2:37pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
AlderFadington:I guess you still managed to add Dwayne wade to your all star list ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 3:35pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:Yeah that's clear since someone picked Karl Anthonofuckingdefense Towns as a center in the West where there is Demarcus Cousins. Yeah!! You're right. Coaches votes with their heads. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by TooMuchSauce: 3:39pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Decale:Lol. I told you it was about to be a wrap bro; but it was fun while it lasted. You know you're definitely still headed to the lottery. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 3:43pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Can I modify biko? I wan remove Kristaps put Embiid but I bin no want make my vote waste when Embiid wounjure for that All star period. AlderFadington:Well Derozan is the main reason Raptors are sitting 2nd in the East, especially in a season where Lowry has been average. This and the fact that All star focuses on flash and fame, Derozan will get the popular votes while Oladipo will get the coach's votes over Beal. Even Wall has a better chance than him The bulls definitely look better and with Zach Levine to come back plus Dunn and markannen growing. I'd say you lot are one superstar free agent away from becoming a real threat in the east.Fvck that Bulls are ending 61-21. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by ipledge10(m): 3:49pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:maybe he is going to make reserve |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 3:57pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:If he enters before Butler, na there fight go dey... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:08pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
SmooshCHN:Thats a wrong thing to say or do |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:09pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Decale:Lol. The first time I voted without a second guard just to spite dipo but I figured that won't be enough so I've been voting for various guards. I've already voted like five or six times already on different devices. I endorse derozan but wall has been below par this year especially with the expectations he put on himself going into this season. Embiid in an all star game will make the whole event twice as lively seeing as these games have been bore fests of recent. He has a very good chance and I hope he does. Ooh and goodluck with the whole 61-21 mission. "It's okay to have dreams, as long as they're not fantasies." |
| Re: The NBA Begins by ipledge10(m): 4:23pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Decale:Butler knows it’s hard for him to enter all stars before coming to west. If Timberwolves fans should vote today, most will pick towns ahead of Butler. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 4:29pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
ipledge10:You're not getting the point. KAT and Butler selections won't be determined by votes cos Boogie, AD, Aldridge, KD, even Jokic will steal frontcourt votes while Harden, Curry and Westbrook will steal guard votes If D'Antoni/Kerr whoever selects KAT before Butler as reserves, na there fight go dey. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 4:35pm On Dec 22, 2017*. Modified: 5:08pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
AlderFadington:If you care enough to go through that stress, vote for one person to increase his number of chances. Stop sharing votes anyhow, no be credit... Wall has been below par, yeah but his numbers are still decent. Moreover, I don't think Brad/Lue or Casey whomever will select Beal over Wall Embiid in an all star game will make the whole event twice as lively seeing as these games have been bore fests of recent. He has a very good chance and I hope he does.Someone that hasn't even played 20 games this season. He wee come to Staples Center, if at all he's healthy then; to play 10 minutes. Akant waste my vote laidat Ooh and goodluck with the whole 61-21 mission. When we sweep you guys come playoffs, don't cry ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 4:50pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Donlittle:Derozan has been balling and has always, Oladipo is the most improved player this season.. Whether it's a wrong thing to say depends on your narrative. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 7:24pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
Roland17 Cavs ranked 13th in APG last year with Kyrie Cavs rank 4th in APG this year without Kyrie Boston ranked 3rd in APG last year without Kyrie Boston ranks 18th in APG with Kyrie How do you feel about this? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 8:00pm On Dec 22, 2017 |
AlderFadington:These are strong stats, however, you are comparing 33 games to 82 games, which is not balanced. The rise in assist ranks for the Cavs has everything to do with Bron playing the PG role and it is reflecting in his stat. I would wait until after 82 games and IT returns before I make any conclusions regarding the sustainability of that stat. Ranking 3rd last season for the Celtics last season had everything to do with ball movement which has stalled this season. Don't forget the team has been battling injuries to core players and that puts more pressure on Kyrie to score more than facilitate. After 33 games, Kyrie is averaging 4.9 assists per game, while he averaged 5.8 after 72 games last season with the Cavs. Therefore, if he continues with this trend, he would definitely eclipse the 5.8 he averaged with the Cavs by the time the season is over. |
