Buhari fulfilled the promise of placing Nigerian graduates on allowances (NPOWER) for two years after their NYSC till they find a job. Kudos to him on achieving it. It's not easy to take about 500,000 graduates out of joblessness and pay them 30,000 Naira allowances monthly. 26 Likes 4 Shares |

His tenure has not expired. He is constitutionally entitled to 8 years. It is in the light of this that he made the promises. He is still working on them.
