My own opinion, but iheanachos move to Leicester was a huge error on his part and those of his advisors. His problem was IMPATIENCE. The great messi was a bench warmer at Barcelona between 2005-2007 under Frank Rijkaard when Ronaldinho, Xavi and upcoming iniesta held sway. Messi bidded his time watched and learned. The rest is history. My opinion ooo, but he should explore a loan option to Swansea, at least competition no too dey there. This is a world cup year ooooo.
You really do not understand the dynamics of football and in particular the EPL. Or are you having a laugh Lol

Clubs will come the January transfer window will be looking for a proven goal scorer. Unfortunately as it stands KC is last year's news. Furthermore compare the stats of Tega in Swansea 4 goals in the EPL and he is now rightly being benched.

KC best bet is a Championship club that's struggling to score goals and has limited options. That way Heswall get the required game time.

However, it's not guaranteed KC has been playing U23 football, how many goals has he scored in that league to show he still has it.

Van Dijk bid 'accepted'

The Telegraph reports Liverpool have had a staggering £75m big accepted for Virgil van Dijk. City had been linked with a move for the defender but the reports suggest he will move to Merseyside instead.

Wadafuq. I thought he was coming to City. Nice fight from Liverpool.
He's more needed at Liverpool. That amount to me is a bit over the top for him.

Mickael2:
I would have to disagree with you here. Solanke would definetly not have the same number of goals with Iheanacho. Solanke plays for Liverpool, a team that has scored more than 3 goals so many times this season and yet he has ZERO goals, atleast when Iheanacho was playing for City he had the goals to show for it. The hype on Solanke has to be reduced, the boy and Iheanacho are either equal or Iheanacho edges him

Is it a must they receive a call??

If the coach thinks they are good enough he will give them a call up.. if not, they should sit their asses down.. We can't be giving special treatment to some sort of players just because they are foreign born..

And if they can't wait for the NFF call up,they can smuggle themselves into the three lions squad....

Mickael2:
Just one question, if he is not good enough to bench Okazaki then how good is he really? Not so good.

You can stop mentioning Mahrez and Gray because these guys do not occupy the same position with Iheanacho. We should be mentioning Slimani, Ulloa, Okazaki and Vardy and if he is not good enough to bench three out of these four guys then we have an issue. Right now though I believe the Epl is his best bet, he can't really excel in the La Liga where technical football reigns supreme because of his poor first touch so he should look for a loan move that will reinvent his game, personally I wouldnt mind him moving to a championship team, Wolves, Cardiff and Leeds arent fumbling and their football is pleasing to the eyes, the problem now is who wants him? Like one great Brazilian star said, its not about what is in the papers, the question is who is willing to pay the money and take him? Right now nobody seems willing to do that
Is that really bad? And you are aware his market value will reduced drastically and also probability of losing his position in super eagles will be will also be high too...

I don't see championship as good idea

Average abi? Na im be say all africa na average na! If we at the beginning of the qualifiers were grouped in a group of death, with each team being former and current african champs in Africa and you still call our players average. Is it because we are Nigerians? Why is it that our things are never of value? No wonder white people came and gave our ancestors mirrors to cart away valuables and lay claims to our heritage. No wonder after over 50 years of independence, na oyinbo people still dey refine our oil. Like say we no go school.

Its amazing. All the integration, differentiation, calculus , trigonometry and algebra wey we learn for school, this is the end result? These things were there so as to help us think how problems are related and how we get to solve them. Shikena.

Back to football. We came through our group home and away without a single defeat with the same average players and not forgetting that we qualified with a game to spare. Has it not occured to us yet that we may not be average after all? We have seen star studded teams get trounced. Nothing beats team work. If team work got us this far, then to hell with the clamour for a star studded team. If we crash, we crash. Its even understandable if we had lost in the qualifiers like 2 times at least. But other than the loss to South Africa, we have faired quite well and commendably so. Ghana with all their top quality players playing week in week out could not qualify even to save their country.

Let us learn to appreciate one another. Appreciate the beauty in what we have. I take a bit of exception to that notion that we are average.or we have an average team. This team is going places but it can only go so far if we dont tear down what we built with our weird mindsets and mouths. The same mouth we use tos say exceptional is the same we use to say the opposite. Which one sef? This is a football thread yes but as much as we like to see it as such, it reflects also our state of mind. Our thinking pattern. Are we building or pulling down? Are we encouraging or tearing other people to pieces?

Lets just ask ourselves that. Pause and think......
Exactly what I am trying to tell the doomsayers... May your days be long!

I agree he could get him a starting berth with at least 10 championship clubs.

But it's not going to be easy, he is going to have to adapt and work very very hard. And they will expect results almost immediately.

KC has played quite a lot of games for the U23's at Leicester how many goals has he scoredhuh Is he the top goal scorer in Leicester U23 and or in the U23 leaguehuh

So it will be a big test.
Quite a lot of games ?like how many?

some teams like Wolves and Leeds are playing better than Swansea for example, the case is he might go there and start from the bench assuming the coach even wants him

as at 1996 Ronaldo was rated higher than Bebeto, this was a guy that scored 35 goals in 1995, the highest scoring teenager until Mbappe took over this year. I am not saying we would have collected 7 o, we definetly wouldnt have but Ronaldo as at then was better than Bebeto na
so because mbappe is highly rated now, does it mean he's better than Griezman
