What a wild game! This kings bench is unbeliveable. And for some reason these guys couldn't miss. Every game we play some bum turns into an allstar. In this case not a bum but the old legend Vince Carter. Them Chicanos don worked some Mexican juju and stolen LeBrons jumper in oakland ![]() JR comes into every game asleep and needs a slap on the face to wake up. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Kevin Love seems to have gotten his bounce back, let's hope ITs return doesn't take him out of rhythm. That slow grind.... |

Donlittle:By far, the most complete rookie in his class. Tonight, you could see him being responsible for his play because he did not settle for any jumpers or three's. He attacked the rim throughout the game and was efficient with his plays on both ends of the court. This kid is a franchise player! |

You can always trust the Lakers to lose to a Mike Conley-less Memphis. Jesus Christ. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:02am On Dec 28, 2017 |
So you're telling me the Lakers look boring, can't create their own shots, lack someone that can distribute the ball and also clueless offensively without Lonzo Ball? ![]() Thought you said he "can't shoot." ![]()

| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:22am On Dec 28, 2017 |
Rondo had 25assists last night,The Lakers had 14. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 11:10am On Dec 28, 2017 |
VivaLaByke:Oh yeah. Lakers have never gone on a losing streak with Lonzo. They've not won even when he's on the bench He's really the MVP of that team... |

| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:14pm On Dec 28, 2017 |
Quick Question Guys: Milwaukee bucks, Are they over achieving or under achieving? The team looks scary on paper, but I don't get it, I think they should be top 3 teams in the east. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 7:26pm On Dec 28, 2017 |

Not even on this anymore but this is funny as hell!

| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 8:57pm On Dec 28, 2017 |
Donlittle:Top 3? That's asking too much... They can't go over the top 3 in the East. Their rightful position should be 4/5 before or after Wizards. So, to your question; they're slightly underachieving. Then again, Bucks have played the least number of games in comparison to others. Wolves on paper look more deadly than Spurs. We have the top 3 for each conference and going above definitely means overachieving in relative to the top 3's performances, which are as expected. Moreover, the East has always been that team that with more teams vying for playoff spots or having more teams over .500. You can't deny the competition there wouldn't stop people from having 60 wins. We all thought the West would change the story this year but it didn't. Lakers and Jazz have been underwhelming and injuries have marred Clippers season. So, let's wait for them to pick up on their number of games and then we judge. |

The best point guard in the West vs the best point guard in the East. Should be interesting. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:03am On Dec 29, 2017 |
You got to give it to Harden, the man is a pure scorer. He scores in different ways that are difficult to defend and his ball handling has improved significantly. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:13am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Th injuries have piled up and Brad is having to dig very deep into the roster. Total turnover-12 The total field goal made-14 That's the story of the game for me. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 3:14am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Roland17:Celtics need to figure out how to rotate players on him while simultaneously protecting the rim. You guys can't do much about those 5 3 point shooters but getting them off positions will change their rhythm. But the most important is Horford. He's trash panda this half... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 3:47am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Horford don go bench, Celtics playing their best defense and lead is down to 13. He needs his form this 4th quarter |

What a comeback, big, big credit to M. Smart. He was terrific.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:41am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Didn't look like it was going to be in the first half but this was a thrilling encounter. Love the never die attitude of these celtics. Found myself rooting for them and I don't know why, maybe I'm a bigger kyrie fan than I care to admit. The amount of FTs Harden shoots is preposterous. But the refs giveth and the refs taketh away. Ooh and Jayson Tatum is special. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 4:42am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Decale:It's like Horford's a NLer... ![]() Smart played smartttt. Rockets had no answer in the 2nd half. Harden made a mess for a leader... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:43am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Roland17:I won't commend smart as much as I'd bash harden for his shameless petulance. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 4:44am On Dec 29, 2017 |
DevdanSanguine:The rookie with the best handles hands down... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:46am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Decale:Goes beyond his handles man. The maturity in every aspect of his game is impressive, even for a duke alumnus. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 4:52am On Dec 29, 2017 |
DevdanSanguine:His future is looking better than the other rookies out there. The only reason he's not ahead in rookie rankings is cos he's not the go to guy. I'm sure he'll take his impact and participation in playoffs over ROY. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:55am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Chris Webber raised a very important question about Ben Simmon's eligibility for the ROY award. I have to agree with him because in the true sense Simmons is a sophomore player in the NBA. During his first season after being drafted, he was exposed to the teams training, tactics, the routine of the NBA including travels and other components of being an NBA player. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:58am On Dec 29, 2017 |
DevdanSanguine:I don't really like the Rockets final minutes strategy. Basically, they just ISO Harden and this makes it easy for teams would good one on one defenders to defend him. This was the strategy from the final 2 minutes of the game. They probably would have won if they involved other players in the scheme during the final minutes. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 5:23am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Decale:Yeah. He has a great coach at a talented young team and he seems to have formed a bond with kyrie who also went to duke. He's definitely on the right track. Haven't seen Markelle Fultz yet so I won't call him the best player from his draft school yet but right now it's a tossup between him and Mitchell. I'm starting to see the sense in people who don't count Ben Simmons as a rookie. It truly isn't fair to the true rookies like Tatum out there. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 5:42am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Roland17:Turns out smart held him to 0-7 shooting and forced 4 turnovers. I guess you were right, he does deserve a lot of credit.

Roland17:Wow...nice comeback from you guys...you guys are a real threat this season.. You have an excellent coach in Brad and a clutch player(with killer instinct) in Kyrie.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by aliondo: 9:36am On Dec 29, 2017 |
Roland17:I think that's what they did against us too. |
