The last population is in 2006. That was 11 years ago. There is no accurate population figure in Nigeria, but all stat I checked shows that Anambra is slightly ahead of Ogun in 2017.

Internet usage is heavily dependent on population. Anambra is more urbanized that Ogun. If Ogun internet usage is more than Anambra, then the apriori expectation is not met. This calls for further analysis.
