That is definitely not true. Go check attendance for philly games when they were losing compare to now that there is excitement.

I am a dallas and i do not watch their games a lot because we are tanking, and there isn't a lot of excitement.

Vivalabykè gets excited and watches the lakers game, once the excitement is gone, (Ball) He turns of the TV and goes to bed.

Philly fans stopped going to their games because their wasn't excitement.

Guess what teams get tons of fans because ben simmons and embiid excites them? Philly. Even celebs go watch them.

I do not like KD move, same way i did not like lebron move.

But if lebron fans can justify their man going to miami back in 11, Warriors fan can justify the same thing.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
And the Philly fans that still went to games? Would you say they are also excited or just watching for the sake of it?

Same goes for the NBA. The fact that ratings were rising does not stem from excitement alone.

Of course you don't watch Dallas games, you're a bandwagoner.

KD and LeBrons move aren't the same. One created the Heatles and championship contenders, The other took the easy way out and destroyed parity in the league.

Did Philly ever get the highest attendance rate while they were bad? No? Yes? They got the lowest attendance rate because they weren't exciting.

same way if the NBA wasn't exciting, they would have low attendance.

bandwagoner? My dude, I have a life. I don't sit here and watch my team get blown out every night.

Same way I don't sit and watch neither the GSW or CAVS, NBA finals will be here soon enough. How many months left?

Till then, I will watch the highlights

That's because the West was the tougher Conference. This is what we have been telling you about your Queen. Between 2010-2014 it produced 3 different champions.

I don't know why you are hollering parity when we always told you the West is tougher. Besides this said parity is nonexistent in the East. No?

Aren't you one of the clowns that claimed The Spurs woulda beaten Golden State if they had Kawhi last season? The apparent lack of parity is because everyone is following your Queen's example. Star players now form a cluster rather than compete because of the Celtic Big Three and the Heatles
And how tough is the West today when we already know who will come out of it? Its been producing the same team for three years now and the same is sure to happen again.

Don't blame LeBron if all the superstars are running away from the east to avoid facing him. I guess that would explain why KD didn't join the wizards.

Zaza pachulia is a dirty bum that took out kawhi when the spurs were destroying the warriors, that has to be pointed out. Whether or not they would have defeated the warriors is all speculative, I guess we will never find out now will We? Thanks zaza.

Yet with all this movement there is yet to be a true challenge for the warriors. That's because what Durant did has all ready killed any real chance of that happening.

Well, with great power comes great responsibility.

One has Embiid,another has Irving.

That Ball boy plays with at least 5hot messes every game day,yet changed the culture of the Lakers.

Ladies and Gents....He is the best rookie from the 2017 draft.

LMAO! KD should have gone to his home state of Washington in 2016 and joined wall and beal. That would have been much better.

The worst part is that he was a free agent, he wasnt traded to the team that beat him like IT but he willingly joined them the cupcake.

LMAO! so why were you using howard as an example in the first place?
Nope. You Bronsexuals don't get to pick and choose what KD should or shouldn't do. Y'all are the last and least qualified to do so

Nothing spells cupcake like joining the players in your draft year just because you could not beat a band of geriatrics. I've never seen or heard of it in any sport!

If the GOAT didn't beg his draft mates to get past Detroit then your balding Queen has no phuckin excuse.

Howard was arguably past his peak when he asked to be traded. He didn't seek out the best players in his draft to join them elsewhere. Your Queen did that! In his MVP year for that matter

Not necessarily. Like I keep telling you, excitement isn't the only thing that affects NBA ratings. Popularity, accessibilty and population changes are all factors. Maybe this effect would be greater if the serpent didn't spit his venom all over the league.

6 months give or take.

Good. So him and his Dick riders should live with the consequence of his actions. Endless ridicule and disrespect.

I'm still not getting this, when did it become a crime to play with players from your draft class? And what happened when Garnett asked pierce and Allen to join him in Boston?

Ooh please! Who wants to play with that arrogant ball hogging bald alcoholic teammate punching gambling addict?

How can he seek help when he doesn't know where he's going? He wanted Brooklyn but was traded to the Lakers! And who wants to play with one of the softest superstars of all time?

What foolish statement is this. Paul pierce was drafter by boston.

How will Garnett ask pierce to join him in Boston?

They weren't from the same draft class by the ways, and those players were in their 30s

Got the names mixed up. You know what i mean. Stop nitpicking and address the issue little man!

And pierce was 30

garnett 31

and allen 32.

All in their primes. And what does them being or not being from the same draft class have to do with anything. Again you imbe ciles keep pointing that out as if theres something wrong with playing with your draft mates huh

They had been to back to back Finals without Durant. Durant staying at OKC does not guarantee Golden State getting beat. They got there without him twice! That's more than OKC in 10 years. Greg Pop only did a back to back once. So stop the parity nonsense!

Who are these star players that have run from the East?

Has there been a true challenge to the Cavaliers? Is there another team in the East with that Cavs roster?

KD did what was best for KD. When your Lebald was jumping ship to Miami which team was going to have the chance to compete. Go and ask the Pacers and Raptors fans whether Lebald has enabled parity in the league after gathering almost every free agent with a pulse

LOL! So he should take the easy way out and join the warriors yeah?

What does pop have to do with this?

No superstar wants to come to the east, even big markets like brooklyn and new york find it hard to attract superstars.

LOL! Why didnt KD go and gather free agents to join him at OKC rather than join the team he couldnt beat!

You know what you are saying is nonsense, you know you're defending a lost cause. Yet your hubris wont let you admit it.

Did he join the best team in the league, a team that already beat him? Did he add to the best team in the league?

Theres forming a competitive team and then theres what KD did.

For all the criticisms and scrutiny, you've got to give it to this man....

Happy birthday LBJ.

Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:13pm On Dec 30, 2017
At the time of his 33rd birthday, Michael Jordan was a 3-time MVP and had been to the Finals 3 times.

LeBron turns 33 on Saturday.

He's a 4-time MVP and has been to the Finals 8 times.

(And yes, Jordan would win the title and an MVP later that season). (@micahadams13)

What the hell does that mean "only way out",he had other offers. Lebron went to a team that won the championship, 3 years prior, and still had their guard in Dwayne Wade, and a very good addition in Chris Bosh. He should have stayed, given that his team reached the NBA finals a few years prior. The fact is Lebron James joined a potential championship Team(they did it a few years prior), KD likewise joined a team that lost in the last NBA finals, who woudn't savour the offer, playing with one egoist, eclipsing my shine, and receiving a better treatment, or some amenable guys in Dub nation, and given the circumstances he found himself in at OKC, i will call that the only way out. He is enjoying himself now, isn't he, almost sweeping the so called King. hahahaha.
