Let's look at Lingard, Valencia, Herrera ,fellaini, young, Jones in the same context.

the problem with mourinho is that he only go for already made players and this players are very expensive,that's why it's difficult for the board to get them..
man city sign good footballers not stars,players that are just coming up and are hungry for success.. this kind of player can't cost more than 50m but mourinho always goes for the one they will start prizing from 100m,do you want the club to run into depth because you want to win a trophy that won't cover the cost of just 5 of your players..
today he want Rinaldo,tomorrow hazard,next greizman..all this guys are expensive..
do you see how beyern Munich recruit players,they go for good players with the right money..
mourinho don't know how to manage funds,he misuse funds..no wander pundit's are clamouring for man utd to get a sporting director to guide him..the money man utd released for him this summer is enough for him to get challenge city and play attractive football.
