This is his face and there is pretty much nothing he can do to cover up. Trust me talking to people, knowing fully well their gaze and attention is on something else is not easy. just try bitter leaf. squeeze the juice out and mix wit lemon juice. Drink it morning and night.

Use a selsun hair shampoo. It will burn and peel off the affected skin layers and within 3 months your skin will be as fresh as a new born baby's. I guarantee you, it will work 110%. Don't waste your money on those rubbish dermatology creams because they don't work on serious cases like yours.

I think it's ur cream. Nivea use to do that to me but when I changed cream my skin was retored. Tried again to use nivea when I left naija and it was Same thing, had to stop it entirely. Now am using Ingram and it's nice. Try to change ur body lotion and soap and see what happens

This is acute eczema. Its either you don't take your bath regularly especially after the day's work or the water you bath with is infested with bacteria but it's an easy fix.

You will need:
Skineal (most preferred) or funbact A creme, detol liquid, detol bar soap and verseline. This won't cost much.

Required:

Take your bath twice daily if you want to heal.

Before you take a bath ( morning or evening), wet the detol bar soap and rub on your face. Wait for a couple minutes. You can brush your teeth or do no.2 while you wait.

Always put some drops of detol liquid into your bucket of water. This is because the water could be bacteria infested.

Bath thoroughly... ill advice you sponge twice minimum. Avoid using same sponge on both body and face.

After your bath at night, apply Skineal generously. Skineal will lighten your skin but it will heal it completely.

After your bath during the day, rub versaline only.

During the course of the day, wash your face at interval and apply verseline.

Also, wash all your clothes, adding some drops of detol to the water to rinse. This will kill any bacteria on your clothes .

Improve on your personal hygiene.

Approach those traditional soap sellers, I had the same issue months back after using too much funbact A. I was given some leaves which I mixed with cream and everything disappeared

Bro use Nizoral/Ketoconazole tablet. Then mix ori(shea butter) with a bit of ground sulphur and use at night. Also avoid harsh skin products, if possible switch to black soap (not dudu osun o) raw black soap. Good luck.
