Folarinibrahim1:have you read the documentation? quite easy if you know python if the aim of your app is to set its map view based on users location then you can try JavaScript libraries like leaflet or openLayers. otherwise, I don't think I understand your question. |

Folarinibrahim1:install postgresql , then install postgis as an add-on to postgresql(you need internet to do this) what functionalities do you desire yo have on the web mapping application if I may ask btw ask Gis related questions here www.gis.stackexchange.com
